Abstract

ABSTRAK Seorang guru dituntut untuk menjadi profesional yang memiliki 5 komponen, akan tetapi guru yang sudah memiliki 5 kompenen guru profesional tetap mengalami kendala dalam pembelajaran bersama siswa yang akhirnya membuat guru mengalami stress, seperti siswa sulit diatur, tidak mendengarkan, ngomong kotor, anak yang sopan berubah nakal, minggat, nyeletuk dan ditambah perekonomian guru yang cukup rendah, itu membuat numpu kpikiran. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang dialami guru dengan menggunakan 3 strategi coping religius yakni Collaborative, Self-directing, deffering serta di iringi doa, zikir dan sholat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru dalam mengatasi stress menggunakan coping religius di SMP N 6 Pesawaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang bersifat kualitatif. Dalam. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data degan cara mereduksi data, men-display data dan verivication (menarik kesimpulan). Dalam pengambilan sampel peneliti menggunakan Purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan coping stress yang dilakukan oleh guru cukup efektif berkaitan dengan coping religius dan hasil dari upaya yang berkaitan dengan coping stress dan upaya guru mengatasi stress: a. Collaborative yag dilakukan oleh Julian Jaya, b. Self-directing yang dilakukan oleh ibu putri, c. Deffering yang dilakukan oleh ibu elya dan ibu puji. Adapun bentuk masalah yang dihadapi para guru yakni, kondisi psikologi mengalami cemas, pusing, stress, dan kondisi ekonomi yang cukup rendah mengakibatkan semakin rumit yag dipikirkan. Saran Guru harus lebih menekankan 3 aspek strategi coping religius yakni a. Collaborative, b. Self-directing, c. Deffering untuk menyelesaikan konflik pada diri guru sehingga guru bisa profesional dalam tindakan yang dilakukan dan bisa membimbing anak ketika pembelajaran dimulai atau ketika anak yang nakal diberi peringatan iii melalui arahan, serta lebih banyak memulai kerjasama dengan para wali murid supaya dapat mengurangi keakalan pada anak dan anak dapat mulai bisa mendengarkan arahan dari guru dengan baik, serta kondisi ekonomi sebisa mungkin jangan terbawa saat bekerja supaya tidak mengalami stress. To overcome the problems experienced by teachers by using 3 religious coping strategies, namely Collaborative, Self�directing, deffering and accompanied by prayer, remembrance and prayer. The purpose of this study was to find out how teachers' efforts in overcoming stress using religious coping at SMP N 6 Pesawaran. The purpose of this study was to find out how teachers' efforts in overcoming stress using religious coping at SMP N 6 Pesawaran. This research is a qualitative field research. Deep. The primary data source in this study was 4 teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation methods. While data analysis by reducing data, displaying data and verivication (drawing conclusions). In sampling, researchers use Purposive sampling. The results of this study show that the success of stress coping carried out by teachers is quite effective related to religious coping and the results of efforts related to stress coping and teacher efforts to overcome stress: a. Collaborative conducted by Julian Jaya, b. Self�directing carried out by the mother daughter, c. Deffering done by Mrs. Elya and Mrs. Puji. The form of problems faced by teachers is that psychological conditions experience anxiety, dizziness, stress, and economic conditions that are low enough to make it more complicated to think. Teachers' suggestions should emphasize 3 aspects of religious coping strategies, namely a. Collaborative, b. Self-directing, c. v Deffering to resolve conflicts in the teacher so that the teacher can be professional in the actions taken and can guide the child when learning begins or when a naughty child is warned through direction, and more cooperation with parents in order to reduce resourcefulness in children and children can begin to listen to directions from the teacher well, and economic conditions as much as possible do not be carried away while working so as not to experience stress.
