Abstract

ABSTRAK Kabupaten pesisir barat memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata alam yang sangat menunjang kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan kepariwisataan daerah, salah satu potensi yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di kabupaten Pesisir Barat adalah potensi wisata Bahari. Dimana wisata bahari merupakan jenis objek wisata yang paling tinggi di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat yaitu 76% yang terdiri dari 29 objek wisata. Salah satu objek wisata yang paling terkenal di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat adalah Pantai Labuhan Jukung. Pantai ini merupakan salah satu aset milik pemerintah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak pengembangan wisata pantai dalam meningkatkan ekonomi daerah dan bagaimana potensi pengembangan wisata pantai labuhan jukung dalam meningkatkan ekonomi daerah menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan wisata di pantai labuhan jukung Kabupaten Pesisir Barat terhadap peningkatan ekonomi daerah dan untuk mengetahui potensi Pengembangan wisata di Pantai labuhan jukung Kabupaten Pesisir barat dalam meningkatkan peningkatan ekonomi menurut perspektif islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2.225 jiwa dan total informan sebanyak 33 orang. Hasil analisis ini adalah potensi pengembangan wisata di pantai Labuhan Jukung sudah berjalan dengan baik karena adanya beberapa program aksi yang sudah tercapai meliputi 3 unsur yaitu daya tarik wisata, aksebilitas dan fasilitas. Selanjutnya, dampak Pengembangan wisata pantai dalam meningkatkan ekonomi daerah dan pendapatan masyarakat berdampak positif karena tercapainya indikator pendapatan yakni meliputi penghasilan perbulan, pekerjaan, anggaran biaya sekolah dan beban keluarga yang ditanggung. Kebijakan pengembangan wisata pantai Labuhan Jukung dalam meningkatkan ekonomi daerah dan pendapatan masyarakat menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam berdampak positif bagi seluruh masyarakat terbukti dari dalam pengelolaannya telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Ekonomi Islam yakni: Tauhid, adl, Nubuwah , Khalifah dan Ma’ad, tetapi belum maksimal untuk menerapkan konsep Halal Tourism. ABSTRACT The West Coast district has the potential for natural tourist attraction which greatly supports the survival and growth of regional tourism, one of the potentials to be developed in the West Coast district is the potential for marine tourism. Where marine tourism is the highest type of tourist object in Pesisir Barat Regency, namely 76% consisting of 29 tourist objects. One of the most famous tourist objects in Pesisir Barat Regency is Labuhan Jukung Beach. This beach is one of the assets owned by the government. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the impact of developing beach tourism in improving the regional economy and how is the potential for developing coastal tourism in Labuhan Jukung to increase the regional economy according to an Islamic economic perspective. The aims of this study are to determine the development of tourism on the coast of Labuhan Jukung in Pesisir Barat Regency to increase the regional economy and to find out the potential for tourism development in Labuhan Jukung Beach in Pesisir Barat Regency in increasing economic development according to an Islamic perspective. This type of research is field research that is qualitative in nature, with data collection methods using interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study was 2,225 people and a total of 33 informants. The results of this analysis are that the potential for tourism development on the Labuhan Jukung beach has been going well because there are several action programs that have been achieved covering 3 elements namely Tourist Attraction, Accessibility and Facilities. Furthermore, the impact of developing coastal tourism in increasing the regional economy and community income has a positive impact because income indicators are achieved which include monthly income, work, school fees budget and family expenses that are borne. The policy of developing Labuhan Jukung beach tourism in increasing the regional economy and people's income according to an Islamic economic perspective has a positive impact on the whole community, it is evident from its management that it has implemented the principles of Islamic Economics, namely: Tauhid, adl, Nubuwah, Khalifah and Ma'ad, but it has not been maximized to apply the concept of Halal Tourism.
