Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber daya tenaga pendidik memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Namun, seringkali manajemen tenaga pendidik diabaikan atau tidak dioptimalkan dengan baik seperti di SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar Lampung Selatan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Tenaga Pendidik di SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar Lampung Selatan tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriftif, penelitian ini bersifat lapangan, untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan menggunakan metode observasi sebagai metode pokok, dan dilengkapi dengan metode interview, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menguji keabsahan data penulis menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini diperoleh data Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Tenaga Pendidik baik dari kepala sekolah maupun tenaga pendidiknya. Perencanaan dimulai dengan rapat yang diadakan dua kali dalam satu tahun yang membahas rencana kedepannya dan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik. dilaksanakan saat tenaga pendidik diterima sebagai tenaga pendidik dengan dan pemindahan tenaga pendidik tidak dilaksanakan karena swasta dan sekolah dalam satu lingkup yayasan sudah memiliki tenaga pendidik sendiri. Iimplementasi manajemen sumber daya tenaga pendidik di SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar Lampung Selatan ini sudah terlaksana namun perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dan kesimpulan, terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang ingin penulis sampaikan terkait masalah manajemen mutu pendidik dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar Lampung Selatan diantaranya. Kepala sekolah yang telah menjalankan manajemen sumber daya tenaga pendidik hendaknya lebih memperhatikan tentang pelatihan dan pelatihan walaupun disekolah tidak menyediakan tetapi harus berusaha untuk mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan diluar sekolah baik yang diadakan dinas pendidikan atau instansi lain yang memfasilitasi kegiatan pelatihan dan Pada penulis selanjutnya hendaknya dapat memperdalam Penelitain di SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar Lampung Selatan. However, often the management of educators is ignored or not well optimised as in SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar South Lampung. Therefore, this research aims to determine the Implementation of Educator Resource Management at SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar South Lampung for the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used is a qualitative attachment to descriptive analysis techniques, this research is field, to collect the necessary data using observation methods as the main method, and is equipped with interview methods, and documentation. In testing the validity of author data using source triangulation. Based on the results of research and discussion from this research, data on the Implementation of Educator Resource Management, both from the principal and his educators. Planning begins with a meeting held twice a year that discusses future plans and the recruitment of educators. Furthermore, orientation or socialisation is carried out when educators are that provide and further study. Work assessment is carried out through supervision by looking at various supporting factors such as how to teach and the completeness of learning administration. The promotion and transfer of educators is not carried out because the private sector and schools in one scope of the foundation already have their own educators. The implementation of the resource management of educators at SMA Life Skills Kesuma Bangsa Natar South Lampung has been carried out but needs to be improved again. Based on research findings and conclusions, there are several recommendations that the author would like to convey regarding the issue of educator quality management in an effort to improve teacher performance at Kesuma Bangsa Natar South Lampung Life Skills High School, staff should be diligent in participating in training activities even though the school does not provide them but must try to take part in training and development activities outside of school either held by the education office or other agencies that facilitate training activities and in future writers should be able to deepen research on Kesuma Bangsa Natar South Lampung Life Skills High School.
