Abstract

ABSTRAK Lampung Timur adalah salah satu Kabupaten yang memiliki salah satu permasalahan dalam peningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakatnya. Salah satunya yaitu tingkat kemiskinan yang masih tinggi hingga saat ini. Kabupaten Lampung Timur termasuk dalam kategori tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi dalam provinsi Lampung menurut jumlah penduduk miskinnya, yaitu pada tahun 2022 mencapai 149,12 Ribu Jiwa. Karena Angka kemiskinan yang tinggi dapat menjadi indikasi kurangnya kesejahteraan masyarakat, maka dari itu ini menjadi salah satu penyebab kurangnya tingkat kesejahteraan. Jadi untuk menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Lampung Timur, di harapkan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberdayakan ekonomi kreatif agar mengalami peningkatkan kesejahteran hidup masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Lampung Timur seperti melalui Home Industri Tapis Lampung Ethnica. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Lapangan (Field Research). Dengan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jumlah Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 orang. Tujuan dalam Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Peran Ekonomi Kreatif Dalam Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat secara umum dan menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran Ekonomi Kreatif Dalam Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat melalui Home Industri Tapis Lampung Ethnica berdampak baik. Tetapi peran Home Industri tersebut belum dapat memaksimalkan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan kepada masyarakat. Beberapa masyarakat hanya bisa mencapai beberapa indikator kesejahteraan, ada beberapa indikator yang belum maksimal dan masyarakat belum bisa memenuhi semua indikator kesejahteraan tersebut, namun ada beberapa indikator kesejahteraan sudah ada yang terpenuhi secara baik di masyarakat. Peran Home Industri Tapis Lampung Ethnica telah memenuhi kebutuhan kesejahteraan sesuai syariat ekonomi islam. Tetapi tidak semua masyarakat bisa tercapai semua kebutuhan kesejahteraan nya, hanya bisa memenuhi sampai pada kebutuhan Dharuriyyat (primer), dan Kebutuhan Hajiyat (sekunder). Sedangkan dalam hal kebutuhan Tahsiniyat (Tersier) seluruh informan belum bisa mencapai kebutuhan tersebut. Kata Kunci : Ekonomi Kreatif, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACK East Lampung is one of the districts that has one of the problems in improving the welfare of its people. One of them is the poverty rate which is still high today. East Lampung Regency is included in the category of the highest poverty rate in Lampung province according to the number of poor people, namely in 2022 it will reach 149.12 thousand people. Because a high poverty rate can be an indication of a lack of social welfare, this is one of the causes of a lack of welfare. So to reduce the poverty rate in East Lampung Regency, it is hoped that this can be done by empowering the creative economy so that the welfare of the people in East Lampung Regency increases, such as through the Tapis Lampung Ethnica Home Industry. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of field research (Field Research). The data sources used are Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data obtained in this study by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants used in this study were 23 people. The aim of this research is to find out the role of the creative economy in improving people's welfare in general and according to the perspective of Islamic economics. The research results show that the role of the creative economy in improving people's welfare through the Lampung Ethnica Tapis Home Industry has a good impact. But the role of the Home Industry has not been able to maximize the overall welfare of the community. Some communities can only achieve a number of welfare indicators, there are several indicators that have not been maximized and the community has not been able to fulfill all of these welfare indicators, but there are several existing welfare indicators that are well fulfilled in the community. The role of the Tapis Lampung Ethnica Home Industry has fulfilled welfare needs according to Islamic economic law. But not all people can achieve all their welfare needs, they can only meet the Dharuriyyat (primary) needs and Hajiyat (secondary) needs. Whereas in terms of Tahsiniyat (Tertiary) needs, all informants have not been able to achieve these needs. Keywords : Creative Economy, Community Welfare, Islamic Economics.
