Abstract

ABSTRAK Bahasa lokal menjadi bagian terpenting dari kearifan lokal yang berperan dalam mengkomunikasikan sesuatu, seperti penggunaan Bahasa Sunda dalam kegiatan dakwah di Majelis Taklim At-Taqwa, Pekon Tribudisyukur, Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Keefektifan dakwah dapat dilihat sebagai akibat yang diterima oleh mad'u setelah menerima dakwah, sehingga jamaah dapat memahami dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah meskipun didominasi oleh jamaah bersuku sunda, namun adapula sebagian jamaah dari kalangan bukan sunda, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai efektivitas dakwah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara lebih mendalam tentang keberhasilan dakwah yang disampaikan melalui Bahasa Sunda sebagai kearifan lokal di Majelis Taklim At-Taqwa Pekon Tribudisyukur. Penelitian ini merupakan studi lapangan (field research) bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang didukung oleh sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pemilihan informan ditentukan oleh strategi purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 9 orang, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan dakwah melalui Bahasa Sunda di Majelis Taklim At-Taqwa adalah tidak efektif secara keseluruhan. Hal ini disebabkan karena terdapat jamaah yang berasal dari suku yang lain. Sebagian besar jamaah yang telah mengerti adalah jamaah bersuku sunda yang telah mengalami perubahan kognitif, afektif, konatif dan behavioral. Sedangkan jamaah diluar suku sunda belum mencapai tingkat keberhasilan karena mereka belum terlalu mengalami perubahan yang baik secara menyeluruh pada dakwah yang diterimanya. Sebelum keberhasilan tersebut dialami oleh jamaah, sebagai da‟i yang menyebarkan agama Islam juga belum sepenuhnya belum efektif dalam menyampaikan dakwah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari metode yang digunakan lebih sering membuat mad‟u bosan dan terkesan monoton, selain itu, tidak semua da‟i menjalankan prinsip yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang da‟i. Dengan demikian Bahasa Sunda sebagai kearifan lokal dalam aktifitas dakwah seringkali masih sulit dipahami oleh jamaah yang bukan orang sunda, sehingga Bahasa sunda dalam kegiatan dakwah belum berhasil dilakukan pada jamaah ibu-ibu Majelis Taklim At-Taqwa Pekon Tribudisyukur Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Kata Kunci: Bahasa Sunda, Efektivitas Dakwah, Kearifan Lokal iv ABSTRACT Local language is the most important part of local wisdom which plays a role in communicating something, such as the use of Sundanese in da'wah activities at the At-Taqwa Taklim Assembly, Pekon Tribudisyukur, West Lampung Regency. The effectiveness of da'wah can be seen as the result received by mad'u after receiving the da'wah, so that the congregation can understand and apply it in life. The problem in this study is that even though it is dominated by Sundanese congregation, there are also some congregations from non-Sundanese circles, so it is necessary to do research on the effectiveness of da'wah. This study aims to examine in more depth the success of da'wah delivered through Sundanese as local wisdom at the At-Taqwa Pekon Tribudisyukur Council. This research is a field study (field research) is descriptive qualitative, data collected through interview techniques, observation and documentation supported by primary and secondary data sources. The selection of informants was determined by a purposive sampling strategy consisting of 9 people, then the data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that da'wah activities through Sundanese at the At-Taqwa Taklim Assembly are not as effective as a whole. This is because there are pilgrims who come from other tribes. Most of the congregation who have understood are congregations of Sundanese ethnicity who have experienced cognitive, affective, conative and behavioral changes. Whereas congregations outside the Sundanese tribe have not yet reached a level of success because they have not experienced too much good change in the overall preaching they receive. Before this success was experienced by the congregation, as preachers who spread Islam were also not fully effective in conveying da'wah, this can be seen from the methods used more often make mad'u bored and seem monotonous, besides that, not all preachers carry out the principles that must be possessed by a preacher. Thus Sundanese language as local wisdom in da'wah activities is often still difficult to understand by congregations who are not Sundanese, so that Sundanese language in da'wah activities has not been successfully carried out by congregations of women of the At-Taqwa Taklim Assembly Pekon Tribudisyukur West Lampung Regency.
