Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru membuat RPP dengan baik dan mengacu pada kurikulum yang berlaku, penjelasan, dan strategi dalam proses pembelajaran, selain itu guru juga menerapkan budaya islami kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang dipengaruhi oleh kinerja guru. Agar pelaksanaan pendidikan tercapai dengan baik, guru dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penilaian hasil pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru yaitu dari hasil penilaian guru bisa mengetahui, tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam mengetahui suatu materi, penilaian hasil belajar mencakup pengukuran keterampilan dan kemampuan siswa, sehingga hasil dari proses penilaian dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam merancang proses pembelajaran kedepannya. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian hasil pembelajaran. Manajemen kinerja guru berbasis budaya religius di MTs Swasta Assyifa Karang Sari Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menganalisa data dengan cara menggambarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan sesuai keadaan, dengan subyek penelitian Kepala Madrasah, Guru Akidah Akhlak, dan Siswa di MTs Swasta Assyifa Karang Sari Lampung Selatan. Dimana peneliti ini memperoleh data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara sebagai metode pokok, dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pendukung, guna untuk melengkapi data-data. Dalam analisis data juga peneliti menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan panarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah peneliti lakukan selama dua minggu di MTs Swasta Assyifa Karang Sari Lampung Selatan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa, Perencanaan kinerja guru melalui RPP dan silabusnya yang guru buat sudah baik dan sudah mengikuti peraturan kurikulum yang berlaku, selanjutnya pelaksanaan kinerja guru sudah aktif dan disiplin dalam mengajar di kelas, dilanjuti dengan adanya kegiatan budaya religius di lingkungan madrasah seperti membaca Al-Qur’an, sholat dhuha, dan membaca asmaul husna sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, selanjutnya guru bukan hanya mengajar saja tapi harus mempraktekkan dan memberikan contoh yang baik pada saat memberikan materi kepada siswa. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kinerja guru diatas maka setelah itu ada evaluasi terhadap hasil belajar dalam satu semester. Adapun aspek penilaian hasil pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru meliputi: Guru selalu memberikan penilaian hasil belajar siswa, dari hasil penilaian guru bisa mengetahui, tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam mengetahui suatu materi, penilaian hasil belajar mencakup pengukuran keterampilan dan kemampuan siswa, sehingga hasil dari proses penilaian dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam merancang proses pembelajaran guna untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Kinerja Guru, dan Budaya Religius. iv ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that teachers make lesson plans properly and refer to the applicable curriculum, explanations, and strategies in the learning process, besides that teachers also apply Islamic culture to students to improve the quality of education which is influenced by teacher performance. In order for the implementation of education to be achieved properly, teachers are required to have good performance in the implementation of learning. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate learning outcomes on teacher performance, namely from the results of the assessment the teacher can find out, the level of students' ability to know a material, the assessment of learning outcomes includes measuring students' skills and abilities, so that the results of the assessment process can be used by teachers in designing processes future learning. This research is to determine learning planning, implementation of learning, and assessment of learning outcomes. Religious culture-based teacher performance management at Assyifa Karang Sari Private MTs, South Lampung. This research uses descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing data by describing the data that has been collected according to the circumstances, with research subjects Madrasah Heads, Teachers of Akhlak Aqidah, and Students at Private MTs Assyifa Karang Sari, South Lampung. Where this researcher obtained data using the observation method, interviews as the main method, and documentation as a supporting method, in order to complete the data. In data analysis the researcher also used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that the researchers did for two weeks at Assyifa Private MTs Karang Sari, South Lampung. The results obtained were that teacher performance planning through the lesson plan and syllabus that the teacher made was good and had followed the applicable curriculum regulations, then the implementation of teacher performance was active and disciplined in teaching in class, followed by religious cultural activities in the madrasah environment such as reading Al-Qur'an, Duha prayer, and reading Asmaul Husna before learning begins, then the teacher not only teaches but must practice and provide good examples when giving material to students. Based on the implementation of the teacher's performance above, after that there is an evaluation of learning outcomes in one semester. As for aspects of the assessment of learning outcomes carried out by the teacher include: The teacher always gives an assessment of student learning outcomes, from the results of the assessment the teacher can find out, the level of students' ability to know a material, assessment of learning outcomes includes measuring students' skills and abilities, so that the results of the assessment process can be used by the teacher in designing the learning process in order to improve teacher performance.
