Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah di mana dengan terjunnya kaum perempuan ikut serta dalam dunia kerja di sebabkan karena minimnya pernghasilan dari pihak suami yang kurang memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga keluarganya. Sehingga perempuan harus ikut membantu dalam penambahan pendapatan dari pihak suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi perempuan dalam mendukung peningkatan ekonomi keluarga melalui Home Industry tahu dan faktor pendorong partisipasi perempuan dalam mendukung peningkatan ekonomi keluarga melalui Home Industry tahu. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian, penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan sifat penelitian deksriptif kualitatif. Sumber data peneliti berupa data primer yang di dapat dari narasumber melalui observasi dan wawancara dan data skunder di peroleh dari jurnal atau referensi yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi perempuan dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa partisipasi perempuan dalam dunia kerja untuk membantu suami sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ekonomi keluarga melalui Home Industry tahu. Faktor pendorong perempuan untuk ikut serta dalam dunia kerja dalam membantu dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga ialah faktor ekonomi, minimnya tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga yang bertambah. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam secara umum Home Industry tahu ini menerapkan unsur-unsur nilai keislaman dalam nilai maqasyid syariah, seperti memelihara jiwa, keturunan dan harta. Kata Kunci : Partisipasi Perempuan, Pendapatan, Ekonomi Keluarga.ABSTRACT The problem in this research is where the participation of women in the world of work is caused by the lack of income from the husband who does not meet the household needs of his family. So that women must help in increasing the income of the husband. This study aims to determine women's participation in supporting the improvement of the family economy through the tofu home industry and the driving factors for women's participation in supporting the improvement of the family economy through the tofu home industry. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a type of research, field research with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. The research data source is in the form of primary data obtained from sources through observation and interviews and secondary data obtained from journals or references related to women's participation in improving the family economy. Based on the results of the study that women's participation in the world of work to help their husbands greatly influences the improvement of the family's economy through the tofu home industry. Factors driving women to participate in the world of work in helping to improve the family economy are economic factors, the minimum level of education and the increasing number of family dependents. In the perspective of Islamic economics in general, Home Industry knows that it applies elements of Islamic values in sharia maqasyid values, such as protecting life, offspring and property.
