Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesulitan belajara adalah suatu kondisi siswa dalam menerima pelajaran yang akan menimbulkan suatu hambatan dalam suatu proses belajar peserta didik, diamna dengan adanya hambatan ini dapat menyebabkan peserta didik mengalami kegagalan atau kurang berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan konseling behavioral dengan teknik reinforcement positif dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar peserta didik di SMA Perintis Bandar Lampung dan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, dan mengetahui hasil dari pelaksanaan konseling behavioral dengan teknik reinforcement positif dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar disekolahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus.Subjek penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik Kelas XI IPS di SMA Perintis Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini meliputi observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi.Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses pelaksanaan konseling behavioral menggunakan teknik reinforcement positif dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar peserta didik, dan sub fokus penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perubahan yang diperoleh setelah melakukan konseling behavioral dengan teknik reinforcement positif dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar peserta didik di SMA Perintis Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik merasa nyaman dan terbuka untuk menceritan permasalahan�permasalahanyang dialaminya kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling. Sehingga dalam hal ini peserta didik dapat dengan leluasa menceritan semua masalah yang dialami, mampu untuk mengerjakan soal-soal ulangan harian dengan baik, mampu mendapatkan nilai yang memuaskan, dan mampu untuk menemukan cara pandang baru sebagai langkah penyelesaian untuk mengatasi masalahnya. Therefore, this study aims to describe how the implementation of behavioral counseling with positive reinforcement techniques in overcoming the learning difficulties of students at Perintis Senior High School Bandar Lampung and to find out the implementation, and find out the results of the implementation of behavioral counseling with positive reinforcement techniques in overcoming learning difficulties at the school. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study research design. The subjects of this study were students of Class XI IPS at SMA Perintis Bandar Lampung. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is to analyze the process of implementing behavioral counseling using positive reinforcement techniques in overcoming students' learning difficulties, and the sub focus of this research is to find out the changes obtained after conducting behavioral counseling with positive reinforcement techniques in overcoming students' learning difficulties at Perintis Bandar High School. Lampung. The results of this study indicate that students feel comfortable and open to tell the problems they are experiencing to the guidance and counseling teacher. So that in this case students can freely tell all the problems they experience, are able to work on daily test questions well, are able to get satisfactory grades, and are able to find new perspectives as a solution to the problem.
