Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management untuk mengatasi disiplin belajar di SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana PT. Gunung Madu Plantations. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang peserta didik yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII C. Penelitian ini menggunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desain penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden mengenai implementasi konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management untuk mengatasi disiplin belajar di SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana PT. Gunung Madu Plantations, sedangkan data sekundernya diperoleh dari buku-buku relevan yang berkaitan judul penelitian, dokumen�dokumen resmi, dan data-data yang terkait dengan implementasi pola modifikasi dengan teknik self management untuk mengatasi disiplin belajar di SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana PT. Gunung Madu Plantations. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa implementasi konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management untuk mengatasi disiplin belajar kelas VIII telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan terdapatnya perubahan peserta didik. Peserta didik mulai dapat mengatur belajar dengan baik,rajin dan teratur belajar, perhatian yang baik saat belajar dikelas,ketertiban diri saat belajar dikelas. Terlihat dari laporan buku catatan guru mata pelajaran dan catatan buku kasus hal ini karena pemberian motivasi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling. Kata Kunci : Teknik Self Management, Disiplin Belajar. iii ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of group counseling with self-management techniques to overcome learning discipline at SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana PT. Mount Honey Plantations. The sample in this study consisted of 5 students, namely class VIII C students. This research uses data collection techniques of interviews, documentation and observation. And the method used in this study is to use a qualitative description research design. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of group counseling with self-management techniques to overcome learning discipline at SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana PT. Gunung Madu Plantations, while the secondary data was obtained from relevant books related to research titles, official documents, and data related to the implementation of modification patterns with self-management techniques to overcome learning discipline at SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana PT. Mount Honey Plantations. The results of this study stated that the implementation of group counseling with self-management techniques to overcome class VIII discipline had been carried out well and there had been changes in students. Students begin to be able to organize their studies well, study diligently and regularly, pay good attention when studying in class, self-order when studying in class. It can be seen from the report on the subject teacher's notebook and case book notes that this is due to the provision of motivation by the guidance and counseling teacher.
