Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu indikator utama keberhasilan pembangunan adalah penurunan kemiskinan. Kemiskinan di Provinsi Lampung dari tahun 2018-2022 cenderung mengalami penurunan. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, indeks pembangunan manusia dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung secara parsial dan secara simultan, bagaimana perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, indeks pembangunan manusia dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung secara parsial dan secara simultan, untuk mengetahui perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dengan cross section 15 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung dan time series selama 5 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data panel dengan model random effect dan alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data yaitu Eviews 10. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara parsial variabel tingkat pendidikan dan indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin, sedangkan variabel tingkat pengangguran terbuka tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung. Secara simultan variabel tingkat pendidikan, indeks pembangunan manusia dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung. Ekonomi islam menganjurkan agar kemiskinan terhindar, maka ada dua langkah yang harus dilakukan: Pertama, Mengembangkan sumber daya manusia untuk kepentingan masa depan kehidupan yaitu sumber daya alam. Kedua, Mengharuskan manusia mentaati aturan Allah SWT yang sudah dijelaskan dalam Al-Quran dan As-Sunah, dimana aturan tersebut menjadikan manusia bahagia dunia maupun akhirat. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pendidikan, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, Jumlah Penduduk Miskin dan Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT One of the main indicators of successful development is poverty reduction. Poverty in Lampung Province from 2018-2022 tends to decrease. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of education level, human development index and open unemployment rate on the number of poor people in the Regency/City of Lampung Province partially and simultaneously, how is the perspective of the Islamic economy on poverty in Lampung Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level, human development index and open unemployment rate on the number of poor people in the Regency/City of Lampung Province partially and simultaneously, to determine the Islamic economic perspective on poverty in Lampung Province. This research is a quantitative research that is descriptive in nature. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics with cross sections of 15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province andtime series for 5 years. The data analysis used is panel data analysis with a modelrandom effect and the tool used to process the data is Eviews 10. The results of this study partially the variable level of education and human development index have a significant effect on the number of poor people, while the variable rate of open unemployment has no effect on the number of poor people in the Regency/City of Lampung Province. Simultaneously the variables of education level, human development index and open unemployment rate have a significant effect on the number of poor people in the districts/cities of Lampung Province. Islamic economics recommends that poverty is avoided, so there are two steps that must be taken:First, Developing human resources for the benefit of the future of life, including natural resources.Second, Requires humans to obey Allah's rules that have been explained in the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah, where these rules make humans happy in this world and the hereafter.
