Abstract

ABSTRAK Sebuah pemikiran memiliki peran yang penting bagi seseorang. Jika benar pemikirannya maka akan berdampak kepada suatu pemahaman yang mengarah kepada baiknya sikap serta perilakunya. Namun, jika rusak pemikirannya maka sangat berakibat kepada rusaknya sikap serta perilakunya dan bahkan bisa berdampak kepada rusaknya keimanan seseorang. Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid adalah salah seorang cendikiawan yang sangat kontroversial, salah satu ulama Islam modernis. Abu Zaid tidak takut untuk mengkritik keaslian dan kesucian teks wahyu dengan mencetuskan konsep desakralisasi teks wahyu. Hal itulah yang mendorong peneliti untuk membuat makalah berbasis kajian terhadap konsep desakralisasi teks wahyu dan implikasinya terhadap studi Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengambil data primer dan sekunder dari literatur (library research). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi, yaitu teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dan memahami teks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor utama yang melatar belakangi konsep desakralisasi teks wahyu oleh Abu Zaid adalah pengaruh faham marxisme, pendekatan metodologis studi sastra dan penggunaan metode hermeneutika untuk menafsirkan teks wahyu dalam al�Qur’an. Berdasarkan ketiga faktor tersebut, maka Abu Zaid berani dan yakin mencetuskan konsepnya. Konsep tersebut lahir dari ide dan pemikirannya yang kontroversial, dan yang terpenting adalah: (1) Teks wahyu merupakan produk budaya; (2) teks wahyu adalah fenomena sejarah; (3) al-Qur’an adalah teks dan karya Muhammad yang manusiawi; (4) teks wahyu tidak lebih dari teks Arab biasa, seperti teks lainnya; (5) teks wahyu boleh ditafsirkan siapa saja, bahkan seorang ateis, dan (6) fase konsep turunnya teks wahyu menurutnya tidak sepenuhnya tanzil namu ada peran ta’wil Nabi. Kemudian penelitian ini pun mengungkap dampak negatif konsep tersebut terhadap perkembangan studi al-Qur’an, diantaranya yang paling kritis adalah: (1) dekonstruksi al-Qur’an; (2) relativisme interpretasi; dan (3) ketidakpercayaan dan penghinaan terhadap ulama. If the thought is correct, it will have an impact on an understanding that leads to good attitudes and behavior. However, if one's thinking is damaged, it will greatly damage one's attitude and behavior and can even impact one's faith. Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid is one of the most controversial schoolar, one of the clerics of modernist Islam. Abu Zaid was not afraid to criticize the authenticity and sanctity of the revealed text by instigating the concept of desacralization of the revealed text. This is what prompted the researcher to create a paper based on a study of the concept of desacralization of the text of revelation and its implications for the study of the Qur'an. This study used a qualitative method by taking primary and secondary data from the literature (library research). The data analysis used is content analysis, namely the technique used to analyze and understand text. Based on the research results, it is known that the main factors behind the concept of desacralization of the text of revelation by Abu Zaid are the influence of Marxism, a methodological approach to literary studies and the use of the hermeneutical method to interpret the text of revelation in the Qur'an. Based on these three factors, Abu Zaid was brave and confident in coming up with the concept. The concept was born from his controversial ideas and thoughts, and most importantly: (1) Revelation texts are cultural products; (2) the text of revelation is a historical phenomenon; (3) the Qur'an is the humane text and work of Muhammad; (4) the text of the revelation is nothing more than an ordinary Arabic text, like any other text; (5) Anyone can interpret the text of revelation, even an atheist, and (6) according to him, the concept phase of the revelation text is not completely tanzil, but there is the role of the Prophet's ta'wil. Then this research also reveals the negative impact of this concept on the development of al�Qur'an studies, among which the most critical are: (1) deconstruction of the Qur'an; (2) interpretation relativism; and (3) distrust and contempt of the clergy.
