Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LEARNING CYCLE 5E BERBANTU VIDEO ANIMASI TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI 29 BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Salsabila Nadhifah Rendahnya pemahaman kosep pada peserta didik di sekolah terjadi karena pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh pendidik, peserta didik masih kurang aktif dalam menanggapi pertanyaan dan menyampaikan pendapat , dan masih bersifat pasif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E berbantuan video animasi terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Jenis Penelitin ini yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yaitu quasy eksperimen dengan perlakuan Pretest-Postest Control Group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 29 Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel VIII 7 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal pilihan ganda pemahaman konsep. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis Uji-t taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil uji dengan uji-t dengan menggunakan SPSS diperoleh nilai sig. 0,329 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E berbantuan video animasi terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Learning Cycle 5E learning model assisted by video animation on students' understanding of concepts. This type of researcher used is quantitative. The research design is a quasy experiment with the Pretest-Postest Control Group treatment. The population of this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 29 Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with a sample of VIII 7 as the experimental class and class VIII 4 as the control class. The instrument used is in the form of multiple choice questions on understanding the concept. This study uses a hypothesis test T-test significant level of 5%. The test results with the t-test using SPSS obtained a sig value. 0,329 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the Learning Cycle 5E learning model assisted by animated videos on students' understanding of concepts.
