Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi menggambarkan peningkatan produksi barang dan jasa dalam aktivitas ekonomi yang menghasilkan peningkatan output ,pendapatan nasional dan meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pendapatan nasional tersebut dibuktikan dengan besarnya jumlah PDB sedangkan untuk daerah dibuktikan dari besarnya PDRB yang dihasilkan setiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan data publikasi dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Lampung, data PDRB provinsi Lampung masih berfluktuasi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini Apakah ekspor komoditas kopi, inflasi dan belanja daearah secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap PDRB Provinsi Lampung 2014 -2021, serta adakah pengaruh secara simultan antara ekspor komoditas kopi, inflasi dan belanja daerah terhadap PDRB Provinsi Lampung pada tahun 2014-2021 menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekspor komoditas kopi, inflasi, dan belanja daerah terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Lampung dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam tahun 2014 hingga 2021. Pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut akan dilihat dan dipahami lebih mendalam dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan data skunder yang diperoleh dari data Publikasi BPS Provinsi Lampung dengan sampel 8 tahun (2014-2021).Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan Eviews-10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekspor komoditas kopi tidak berpengaruh terhadap PDRB provinsi Lampung tahun 2014-2021, inflasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap PDRB provinsi Lampung tahun 2014-2021, belanja daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PDRB provinsi Lampung tahun 2014-2021, dan secara bersama-sama ekspor komoditas kopi, inflasi dan belanja daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB provinsi Lampung tahun 2014 -2021. PDRB dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam mengacu pada pendekatan dalam mengukur dan menganalisis aktivitas ekonomi suatu wilayah yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam, seperti larangan riba dan gharar serta menekankan keadilan distribusi, tanggung jawab sosial, dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. PDRB akan mempengaruhi penerimaan pajak wakaf, zakat dan sedekah serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah tersebut. Kata kunci: Belanja Daerah, Ekspor Kopi, Inflasi, PDRB. ABSTRACT Economic growth describes an increase in the production of goods and services in economic activity which results in increased output, national income and increased social welfare. The national income is proven by the large amount of GDP while the regions are proven by the amount of GRDP generated each year. Based on published data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for Lampung Province, the GRDP data for Lampung province still fluctuates. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether coffee commodity exports, inflation and regional spending partially affect the GRDP of Lampung Province 2014-2021, and is there a simultaneous effect of coffee commodity exports, inflation and regional spending on GRDP of Lampung Province in 2014-2021 according to the perspective Islamic economics?. This study aims to analyze the effect of coffee commodity exports, inflation, and shopping areas on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Lampung Province in the perspective of Islamic economics from 2014 to 2021. The influence of these variables will be seen and understood more deeply by considering the principles Islamic economics. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS Publication data for Lampung Province with a sample of 8 years (2014-2021). Data analysis used in this study was processed using Eviews-10. The results of this study indicate that coffee commodity exports have no effect on the GRDP of Lampung province in 2014-2021, inflation has a significant negative effect on GRDP of Lampung province in 2014-2021, regional spending has a significant positive effect on GRDP of Lampung province in 2014-2021, and collectively the export of coffee commodities, inflation and spending areas have a significant effect on the GRDP of Lampung province in 2014 -2021. GRDP in the perspective of Islamic economics refers to an approach in measuring and analyzing the economic activity of an area in accordance with Islamic economic principles, such as the prohibition of usury and gharar as well as the emphasis on distribution justice, social responsibility, and sustainable development. GRDP will affect waqf, zakat and alms tax receipts as well as increase the welfare and economic growth of the area. Keywords : Regional Expenditures , Coffee Exports , Inflation , GRDP.
