Abstract

ABSTRAK Sarana prasarana pendidikan merupakan instrumen yang penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan yang baik sangat perlu dilakukan supaya bisa memberikan kenyamanan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sehingga dalam pendayagunaan dan pengelolaan diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah yang meliputi mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pemeliharaan, sampai inventarisasi sarana prasarana. Penelitian manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMPIT dan SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School (IMBOS) Pringsewu dikaji dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana prasarana serta guru. Teknik dalam pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Humberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil survey mengenai: (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana; (2) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana; (3) penyimpanan sarana dan prasarana; (4) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana: (5) inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan terbagi menjadi perencanaan sarana prasarana program, dan perencanaan sarana prasarana rumah tangga. Perencanaan sarana prasarana program dibuat oleh pihak sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah dan yayasan melalui serangkaian tahapan yaitu rapat koordinasi sekolah, penetapan program sekolah, serta penetapan kebutuhan sarana prasarana program. Kemudian, perencanaan sarana dan prasarana rumah tangga dibuat oleh Kepala Sekolah SMP dan SMA IT IMBOS Pringsewu melalui tahapan pelaporan kebutuhan, pengolahan data laporan, serta penetapan kebutuhan sarana prasarana rumah tangga. (2) Pengadaan sarana prasarana pendidikan terbagi menjadi pengadaan sarana prasarana program, dan pengadaan sarana prasarana rumah tangga. Pengadaan sarana prasarana baik program maupun rumah tangga dilakukan oleh sekolah sendiri atas dasar keputusan kepala sekolah dengan menggunakan anggaran yang berasal dari dana pembangunan siswa (biaya administrasi sekolah). (3) Penyimpanan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan di dalam tempat penyimpanan khusus. Dimana tempat penyimpanan untuk setiap barang di lakukan terpisah. Dilakukan oleh divisi umum dengan diawasi waka sarana prasarana. (4) Pemeliharaan sarana prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan pemeliharaan prasarana sekolah, dan pemeliharaan sarana sekolah. Pemeliharaan prasarana sekolah menjadi tanggung jawabdivisi umum dari yayasan yang diawasi oleh waka manajemen mutu dengan upaya pemeriksaan kondisi sarana dan prasarana secara berkala setiap satu tahun sekali untuk mencegah kerusakan. (5) Inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana dilakukan oleh semua warga sekolah yang merupakan penanggung jawab atas pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Therefore, good management really needs to be done in order to provide comfort in the teaching and learning process. So that in utilization and management it is hoped that it can improve the quality of education in schools which includes starting from planning, procurement, storage, maintenance, to inventorying infrastructure. Research on management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMPIT and SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School (IMBOS) Pringsewu was studied using descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were school principals, vice principals in the field of infrastructure and teachers. Techniques in collecting data using interviews, observation and study of documents. Data analysis uses the Miles and Humberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. This study aims to describe the results of a survey regarding: (1) facilities and infrastructure planning; (2) procurement of facilities and infrastructure; (3) storage of facilities and infrastructure; (4) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure: (5) inventory of facilities and infrastructure. The results of the study show: (1) Planning for educational facilities and infrastructure is divided into program infrastructure planning made by the school in accordance with the vision and mission of the school and the foundation through a series of stages, namely school coordination meetings, determining school programs, and determining program infrastructure needs, and planning household infrastructure was made by the Principal of SMP and SMA IT IMBOS Pringsewu through the stages of reporting needs, processing report data, and determining the needs of household infrastructure. (2) The procurement of educational infrastructure is divided into the procurement of program infrastructure and the procurement of household infrastructure which is carried out by the school itself on the basis of the decision of the school principal using a budget originating from student development funds (school administration costs). (3) Storage of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out in a special storage area. Where storage for each item is done separately. (4) Maintenance of educational infrastructure is carried out by maintaining school infrastructure and maintaining school facilities. Maintenance of school infrastructure is the responsibility of the general division of the foundation which is supervised by the Waka Sarpras with efforts to periodically check the condition of the facilities and infrastructure once a year to prevent damage. (5) Inventory of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by all school members who are responsible for the management of facilities and infrastructure.
