Abstract

ABSTRAK Mutu pembelajaran merupakan suatu kepuasan bagi seorang pelanggan dimana seorang peserta didik mendapatkan keinginan yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Mutu pembelajaran dapat dikatakan bermutu apabila seorang tenaga pendidik mampu memberikan pelayanan atau pengarahan kepada peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan yang ada pada diri mereka masing-masing. Mutu pembelajaran yang baik dapat didukung oleh beberapa faktor dan indikator. Salah satu faktornya adalah kompetensi profesional guru dimana seorang guru harus memiliki kemampuan dalam mengarahkan, menggerakkan dan mempengaruhi peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan, menghasilkan prestasi peserta yang berkualitas dari lembaga lain sehinggan dapat mencapai suatu tujuan yang diinginkan oleh lembaga pendidikan. Hasil pra penelitian di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampyung menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa guru atau tenaga pendidik yang belum memenuhi kriteria sebagai guru yang profesional dan bermutu. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu Apakah Ada Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru Terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran di SMA 3 Al-Azhar Bandar Lampung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru Terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian Field Researc. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 respon tenaga pendidik di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. Dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Teknik Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert . Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linieritas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkann bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi profesional guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung dengan korelasi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah 0,558. Selain itu R2 sebesar 0,412 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti konstribusi variabel X (kompetensi profesional guru) terhadap variabel Y (Mutu Pembelajaran ) adalah sebesar 41,2% dan sisanya sebesar 58,9% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi fokus pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. The quality of learning can be said to be of quality if an educator is able to provide services or directions to students in improving the abilities that exist in each of them. Good quality of learning can be supported by several factors and indicators. One of the factors is the teacher's professional competence where a teacher must have the ability to direct, mobilize and influence students in improving abilities, producing quality student achievements from other institutions so that they can achieve a goal desired by educational institutions. The results of the pre-research at SMA Al�Azhar 3 Bandar Lampyung show that there are still a number of teachers or teaching staff who do not meet the criteria as professional and quality teachers. With the formulation of the problem, namely Is There an Influence of Teacher Professional Competence on the Quality of Learning at SMA 3 Al-Azhar Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of teacher professional competence on the quality of learning at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a Field Research approach. While the population in this study amounted to 37 responses from teaching staff at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. And the sample used is the Slovin Technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using the normality test, homogeneity test and linearity test. While testing the hypothesis using a simple linear regression technique. The results of this study concluded that there was a positive influence between teacher professional competence on the quality of learning at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung with the correlation of the independent variables and the dependent variable being 0.558. In addition, R2 is 0.412 at a significance level of 5%. This means that the contribution of variable X (teacher's professional competence) to variable Y (Quality of Learning) is 41.2% and the remaining 58.9% is caused by other factors which are not the focus of discussion in this study.
