Abstract

ABSTRAK STUDI IN VIVO FORMULASI EKSTRAK KROKOT (Portulaca oleracea) DAN LIDAH BUAYA (Aloe vera) SEBAGAI Hair Tonic TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN RAMBUT Oleh: AGGUNG LAKSANA PUTRA Kerontokan rambut merupakan permasalahan rambut serius, Akibat dari adanya kerontokan Banyak produk hair tonic kimia dan herbal yang beredar di pasaran, di tujukan sebagai perawatan rambut. Penggunaan bahan kimia dalam kosmetik dinilai tidak aman karena potensi efek samping penggunaan jangka panjang, permasalahan tersebut peneliti mulai mencari solusi memanfaatkan tanaman herbal korokot dan lidah buaya dalam pembuatan formulasi sediaan hair tonic. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif eksperimen. penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan untuk pengumpulan data adalah observasi. Hasil dari observasi inilah yang nantinya digunakan untuk memenuhi kolom data dalam penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah hewan kelinci, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rambut kelinci. Pertumbuhan rambut yang paling cepat adalah hair tonic ekstrak krokot dan lidah buaya formulasi 3 dengan perbandingan (3:1). Hasil ini didapatkan berdasarkan uji analisis Anova dan Uji lanjutan Duncan dengan parameter pengamatan pertumbuhan rambut kelinci Hair tonic ekstrak krokot dan lidah buaya dengan formulasi 3 dengan perbandingan (3:1) memiliki pengaruh dalam pertumbuhan rambut kelinci Kata kunci: Rambut rontok, kosmetik, ekstrak krokot, lidah buaya, kelinci iii ABSTRACT IN VIVO STUDY OF PURSUE EXTRACT (Portulaca oleracea) AND ALOE VERA (Aloe vera) Hair Tonic FOR HAIR GROWTH By: AGGUNG LAKSANA PUTRA Hair loss is a serious hair problem, as a result of hair loss. Many chemical and herbal hair tonic products on the market are intended for hair care. The use of chemicals in cosmetics is considered unsafe due to the potential side effects of long-term use. For this problem, researchers began to look for solutions using the herbs korokot and aloe vera in making hair tonic formulations. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive experiment. quantitative research with the type of experimental research and for data collection is observation. The results of these observations will be used to fill the data column in the study. The population in this study were rabbits. The sample used in this study was rabbit hair. The fastest hair growth is purslane extract hair tonic and aloe vera formulation 3 with a ratio (3:1). These results were obtained based on the ANOVA analysis test and Duncan's follow-up test with parameters for observing rabbit hair growth. Hair tonic purslane extract and aloe vera with formulation 3 with a ratio (3:1) had an effect on rabbit hair growth.
