Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki sumber kekayaan alam yang melimpah. Salah satu sumber kekayaan Indonesia alam Indonesia tersebut berasal dari sektor pertanian. Peranan sektor pertanian memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan, dimana pembangunan pertanian diarahkan untuk meningkatkan produksi pertanian guna memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dan kebutuhan industri dalam negeri, meningkatkan ekspor, meningkatkan pendapatan petani, memperluas kesempatan kerja dan mendorong pemerataan kesempatan berusaha. Dengan kata lain, sektor pertanian ini digarapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa yang umumnya memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai petani. Peran organisasi kelompok tani dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh peran organisasi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat tani di Desa Sukaraja Kecamatan Semaka Kabupaten Tanggamus. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi sederhana. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan responden berjumlah 40 orang terdiri dari 2 perempuan dan 38 laki-laki dengan rata-rat usia 44 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang bergabung dalam organisaasi Kelompok Tani Desa Sukaraja Kecamatan Semaka Kabupaten Tanggamus pada bulan juni 2022. Pengukuran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur sikap, pendapatan, dan perspepsi seseorang atau kelompok orang tentang fenomena sosial. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa t-hitung > t-tabel, dimana t-hitungnya yaitu: 7,651 maka Ho ditolak atau dengan kata lain diperoleh hasil bahwa secara signifikan peran organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jika kesejahteraan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 1%, maka terjadi kenaikan peran organisasi sebesar 0,326. Selain itu hasil analisis regresi pada tabel diatas dihasilkan nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 0,596 yang berarti bahwa 59,6% peran organisasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian, sedangkan sisanya 40,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. Kata kunci: Peran, Organisasi, Kesejahteraan, Tani. ABSTRACT Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources. One source of Indonesia's natural wealth comes from the agricultural sector. The role of the agricultural sector has an important role in development, where agricultural development is directed at increasing agricultural production to meet food needs and domestic industrial needs, increase exports, increase farmer incomes, expand employment opportunities and encourage equal distribution of business opportunities. In other words, this agricultural sector is cultivated to improve the welfare of rural communities who generally have livelihoods as farmers. The role of farmer group organizations is considered as one of the factors that can help improve people's welfare through agriculture. This study aims to find out how the influence of the role of the organization on the welfare of the farming community in Sukaraja Village, Semaka District, Tanggamus Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with simple regression analysis. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with a total of 40 respondents consisting of 2 women and 38 men with an average age of 44 years. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the community who joined the Sukaraja Village Farmer Group organization, Semaka District, Tanggamus Regency in June 2022. Questionnaire measurements used a Likert scale to measure attitudes, income, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. In this study, the results were obtained that t-count > t-table, where the t-count was: 7.651 then Ho was rejected or in other words the result was that the role of the organization significantly affected the welfare of society. If welfare increases by 1%, then there is an increase in the role of the organization by 0.326. In addition, the results of the regression analysis in the table above yielded a coefficient of determination of 0.596, which means that 59.6% of the role of the organization can be influenced by the independent variables used in the study, while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables outside the research.
