Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi tercermin dari produk domestik regional bruto, semakin besar output yang dihasilkan oleh PDRB maka semakin meningkat persentase pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menandakan bahwa perekonomian suatu daerah mengalami perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : (1) Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Kesenjangan Pendapatan, (2) Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk Terhadap Kesenjangan Pendapatan, (3) Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Kesenjangan Pendapatan, dan (4) Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Jumlah Penduduk dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Kesenjangan Pendapatan di Provinsi Lampung. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ataupun juga hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Provini Lampung. Data yang diperoleh, diolah dan di analisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel pada program Eviews versi 12. Model regresi yang digunakan yaitu Fixed Effect Model. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji simultan pertumbuhan ekonomi, jumlah penduduk dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesenjangan pendapatan. Secara parsial pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap kesenjangan pendapatan. Tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat jumlah penduduk di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung tergolong stabil, meningkat dan menurunnya selalu beriringan. Sedangkan pendapatan asli daerah tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesenjangan pendapatan. Karena pendapatan asli daerah tidak langsung berdampak pada kesenjangan pendapatan, pemerintah daerah kurang memaksimalkan hasil pendapatan asli daerah dalam hal ini adalah retibusi daerah baik tingkat kabupaten/kota maupun tingkat Provinsi Lampung pada tahun 2015-2021. ABSTRACT Economic growth is reflected in gross regional domestic product, the greater the output produced by PDRB, the higher the percentage of economic growth and indicates that the economy of a region is experiencing development. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The Effect of Economic Growth on Income Gap, (2) The Effect of Population on Income Gap, (3) The Effect of Regional Original Income on Income Gap, and (4) The Effect of Economic Growth, Total Population and Local Own Income on Income Gap of Lampung Province. The method used is a quantitative method with the nature of associative research, namely research that aims to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS Lampung Province. The data obtained, processed and analyzed using the panel data regression analysis method in the Eviews program version 12. The regression model used is the Fixed Effect Model. The results obtained in this study indicate that the simultaneous test of economic growth, population and local revenue have a significant effect on income inequality. Partially, economic growth and population have a significant negative effect on income inequality. The level of economic growth and the level of population in regencies/cities in Lampung Province are classified as stable, increasing and decreasing always go hand in hand. Meanwhile, regional original income does not significantly influence the income gap. Because local own-source revenue does not directly impact the income gap, local governments are not maximizing the results of regionally-generated revenue, in this case regional levies, both at the district/city level and the Lampung Province level in 2015-2021.
