Abstract

ABSTRAK Nilai perusahaan dinilai sangat penting sebagai upaya perusahaan dalam menentukan sebuah tujuan untuk keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan dan dapat menjelaskan prospek masa depan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikaji faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu apakah intellectual capital, enterprise risk management dan capital structure berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital, enterprise risk management dan capital structure terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index tahun 2017-2021 secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data sekunder dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs resmi perusahaan. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 18 perusahaan dengan total sampel perusahaan sebanyak 10 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian in yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program komputer berupa SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial intellectual capital tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Enterprise risk management memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan capital structure tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara simultan intellectual capital, enterprise risk management dan capital structure secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yag terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index tahun 2017-2021. ABSTRACT Firm value is considered very important as a company's effort in determining a goal for the company's survival and can explain the company's future prospects. Therefore, it is necessary to examine what factors can increase the value of the company. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether intellectual capital, enterprise risk management and capital structure affect firm value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of intellectual capital, enterprise risk management and capital structure on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2017-2021 partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. Secondary data in this study were obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's official website. The total population in this study is 18 companies with a total sample of 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2017-2021. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computer program in the form of SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study show that partially intellectual capital has no influence on firm value. Enterprise risk management has a significant effect on firm value and capital structure has no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, intellectual capital, enterprise risk management and capital structure simultaneously have an influence on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2017-2021.
