Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini peserta didik masih kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelajaran saat terjadinya proses pembelajaran, hal itu mengakibatkan nilai hasil belajar peserta didik masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Maka dari itu peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran IPA perlunya memakai metode pembelajaran yang dapat membuat prestasi belajar peserta didik mencapai KKM. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Pengaruh Metode Eksperimen Berbantuan Video Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Pada Peserta Didik Kelas IV MIS Al Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dan jenis eksperimennya yaitu Quasi Eksperiment. Jenis penelitian ini dengan cara yang digunakan menggunakan postest di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIS Al Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelompok kelas diantaranya kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dimana kelas eksperimen tersebut adalah kelas IV A dan untuk kelas kontrol adalah kelas IV B. Dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes. Data diperoleh dari buku�buku tentang metode eksperimen dan jurnal-jurnal yang terkait dengan metode eksperimen pada materi perubahan wujud benda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa metode eksperimen dalam perhitungan Uji-t, didapatkan nilai sig 0,000 maka jika nilai Sig 0,05 (5%) pada Sig (2-tailed) maka H0 ditolak dan HI diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan materi perubahan wujud benda melalui metode eksperimen dapat berdampak positif dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Therefore the researcher concluded that in science learning it is necessary to use learning methods that can make students' learning achievements reach KKM. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the video-assisted experimental method on science learning outcomes in class IV students at MIS Al Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung. This research is a quantitative experimental research and the type of experiment is Quasi Experiment. This type of research uses the posttest method in the experimental class and the control class. This research was conducted at MIS Al Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung with a sampling technique that is the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Sampling in this study consisted of two class groups including the experimental class and the control class. Where the experimental class is class IV A and for the control class is class IV B. With data collection techniques using tests. Data were obtained from books on experimental methods and journals related to experimental methods on material changes in the shape of objects. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that the experimental method in calculating the t-test, obtained a sig value of 0.000 so if the Sig value is 0.05 (5%) in Sig (2-tailed) then H0 is rejected and HI is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the experimental method on student learning outcomes and material changes in the form of objects through the experimental method can have a positive impact on the learning process and student learning outcomes.
