Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan memiliki komponen yang terpadu dan saling terkait. Pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang saling terkait. Salah satu aspek yang sangat terkait antara pendidik dan peserta didik ialah adab. Adab merupakan bagian pendidikan yang sangat penting dan berkenaan dengan sikap serta tingkah laku. Pendidikan di Indonesia belakangan ini mengalami kemerosotan adab, nilai-nilai kebaikan semakin merosot dan tidak seimbang dengan kemajuan teknologi. Dalam dunia pendidikan, pendidik mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter/adab murid. Adab pendidik dan peserta didik menjadi penting terutama ketika terjadi proses transformasi ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai pendidikan. Seberapa jauh adab itu menjadi pegangan sekaligus pertimbangan dalam menjalankan peran dan fungsinya masing-masing, baik sebagai pendidik disatu pihak ataupun sebagai peserta didik dipihak lain. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas Konsep Adab Pendidik dan Peserta didik Perspektif KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari serta Relevansinya terhadap Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat kepustakaan (Library Reasearch) dengan metode dokumentasi dan pendekatan content analysis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kitab Adāb al-„Ālim Wa Al�Muta‟allim karya Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka. Adapun analisis datanya yaitu menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis penulis terhadap pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari bahwa adab pendidik memiliki tiga komponen yaitu adab pendidik terhadap diri sendiri, adab pendidik ketika akan mengajar, dan adab pendidik terhadap peserta didik. Adapun konsep yang lebih spesifik tentang adab yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik adalah adab peserta didik terhadap dirinya, adab peserta didik terhadap pendidiknya, adab peserta didik terhadap ilmu pelajaranya, dan adab peserta didik terhadap kitab-kitabnya. Dari konsep adab tersebut menurut Hadlratusy Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy‟ari memiliki relevansi yang sangat signifikan dengan pendidikan Islam, serta diharapkan dapat diterapkan dan diaplikasikan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia agar menjadi lebih baik, bermutu, dan profesional tidak hanya dalam aspek kognitif dan psikomotor saja melainkan juga aspek afektif termasuk didalamnya reinterpretasi dari adab atau akhlak mulia. Educators and students are one component of education that are interrelated. One aspect that is closely related between educators and students is adab. Adab is a very important part of education and is related to attitudes and behavior. Education in Indonesia has recently experienced a decline in manners, good values are declining and are not in balance with technological advances. In the world of education, educators have a very important role in shaping the character / manners of students. The etiquette of educators and students becomes important, especially when there is a process of transformation of knowledge and educational values. How far does ethics become a guide as well as a consideration in carrying out their respective roles and functions, both as educators on the one hand and as students on the other. So this study aims to discuss the Concept of Educator and Student Ethics Perspective KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and Its Relevance to Islamic Education. This research is a library research with documentation method and content analysis approach. The data source in this study uses the Book of Adāb al-'Ālim Wa Al-Muta'allim by Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Ash'ari. While the data collection technique of this research is the literature study method. The data analysis is using content analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the author's analysis of the thoughts of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari that educators' etiquette has three components, namely educators' etiquette towards themselves, educators' etiquette when teaching, and educators' etiquette towards students. The more specific concepts about etiquette that students must have are the etiquette of students towards themselves, the etiquette of students towards their educators, the etiquette of students towards their subject matter, and the etiquette of students towards their books. From the adab concept according to Hadlratusy Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari has a very significant relevance to Islamic education, and is expected to be implemented and applied in the management of Islamic education in Indonesia so that it becomes better, quality, and professional not only in cognitive and psychomotor aspects but also in affective aspects including the reinterpretation of manners or noble character. Hasyim Asy'ari خُلاصَةٌ يَحْتَوِي التَّعْليمُ عَلَى مُكَوِّناتٍ مُتَكامِلَةٍ وَمُتَرابِطَةٍ المُعَلِّمُونَ والطُّلّابُ هُمْ أَحَدُ مُكَوِّناتِ التَّعْليمِ المُتَرابِطَةِ. أَحَدُ الجَوانِبِ اَلَّتِي تَرْتَبِطُ ارْتِبَاطًا وَثِيقًا بَيْنَ المُعَلِّمِينَ والطُّلّابِ هوَ الأَدَبُ. اَلْأَدَبُ جُزْءٌ مُهِمٌّ جِدًّا مِنْ التَّعْليمِ وَيَرْتَبِطُ بِالْمَوَاقِفِ وَالسُّلُوكِ. شَهِدَ التَّعْليمُ فِي إِنْدُونِيسْيَا مُؤَخَّرًا انْخِفَاضًا فِي الأَخْلاقِ، والْقيَمُ الجَيِّدَةُ آخِذَةٌ فِي الِانْخِفاضِ وَلَا تَتوازَنُ مَعَ التَّقَدُّمِ التِّكْنولوجيِّ. فِي عالَمِ التَّعْليمِ، يَلْعَبُ المُعَلِّمُونَ دَوْرًا مُهِمًّا لِلْغَايَةِ فِي تَشْكيلِ شَخْصيَّةِ / آدَابِ الطُّلّابِ. تُصْبِحُ آدَابُ المُعَلِّمِينَ والطُّلّابِ مُهِمَّةً، خاصَّةً عِنْدَمَا تَكونُ هُنَاكَ عَمَليَّةٌ تَحَوُّلٌ فِي المَعْرِفَةِ والْقيَمِ التَّرْبَويَّةِ إِلَى أَيِّ مَدَى يُعْتَبَرُ الأَدَبُ دَلِيلًا وَكَذَلِكَ اعْتِبَارًا فِي تَنْفيذِ أَدْوارِهِمْ وَوَظائِفِهِمْ، سَواءٌ كَمُعَلِّمينَ مِنْ ناحيَةٍ أَوْ كَطُلّابٍ مِنْ ناحيَةٍ أُخْرَى. لِذَا تَهْدِفُ هَذِهِ الدِّراسَةُ إِلَى مُناقَشَةِ مَفْهومِ المُعَلِّمِ وَأَخْلاقيّاتِ الطّالِبِ مِنْ مَنْظورِ هاشِمٍ الْأُسِيرِي وَمَدَى مُلاءَمَتِهِ لِلتَّرْبِيَةِ الإِسْلاميَّةِ. هَذَا البَحْثُ هوَ بَحْثُ مَكْتَبَةٍ مَعَ طَريقَةِ التَّوْثيقِ وَنَهْجِ تَحْليلِ المُحْتَوَى . يُسْتَخْدَمُ مَصْدَرُ البَيَانَاتِ فِي هَذِهِ الدِّراسَةِ كِتابَ أَدَابِ العالِمِ والْمُتَعَلِّمِ لِحِدْرَاتْسِي شَيْخٍ خ . حَسيمُ اشْعُرِي . فِي حِينِ أَنَّ تِقْنيَّةَ جَمْعِ البَيَانَاتِ لِهَذَا البَحْثِ هِيَ طَريقَةُ دِراسَةِ الأَدَبِ . تَحْليلُ البَيَانَاتِ بِاسْتِخْدَامِ تَحْليلِ المُحْتَوَى والتَّحْليلِ اَلْوَصْفيِّ. . نَتائِجُ تَحْليلِ المُؤَلِّفِ لِأَفْكارِ حِزْبِ العَدالَةِ والتَّنْميَةِ. قَالَ هاشِمٌ أَسِيئِرِي إِنَّ آدَابَ المُعَلِّمِينَ تَتَكَوَّنُ مِنْ ثَلاثَةِ مُكَوِّناتٍ، وَهِيَ آدَابُ المُعَلِّمِينَ تُجاهَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ، وَآدابِ المُعَلِّمِينَ عِنْدَ التَّدْريسِ، وَآدابُ المُعَلِّمِينَ تُجاهَ الطُّلّابِ . المَفاهيمُ الأَكْثَرُ تَحْدِيدًا حَوْلَ الْآدَابِ اَلَّتِي يَجِبُ أَنْ يَمْتَلِكَهَا اَلطُّلّابُ هِيَ آدَابُ الطُّلّابِ تُجاهَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ، وَآدابِ الطُّلّابِ تُجاهَ مُعَلِّميهم، وَآدابِ الطُّلّابِ تُجاهَ مَوْضوعِهِمْ، وَآدابُ السُّلوكِ لِلطُّلَّابِ تُجاهَ كُتُبِهِمْ . مِنْ مَفْهومِ الأَدَبِ حَسْبَ هَادِلِرَاتْسِي الشَّيْخِ خ يَمْتَلِكُ هاشِمٌ أَسِيئِرِي صِلَةً كَبيرَةً جِدًّا بِالتَّرْبِيَةِ الإِسْلاميَّةِ، وَمِن المُتَوَقَّعِ أَنْ يَتِمَّ تَنْفيذُهُ وَتَطْبيقُهُ فِي إِدارَةِ التَّعْليمِ الإِسْلاميِّ فِي إِنْدُونِيسْيَا بِحَيْثُ يُصْبِحُ أَفْضَلُ وَجَوْدَةٍ وَمِهْنيًّا لَيْسَ فَقَطْ فِي الجَوانِبِ المَعْرِفيَّةِ والنَّفْسيَّةِ الحَرَكيَّةِ وَلَكِنْ أَيْضًا فِي الجانِبِ العاطِفيِّ الجَوانِبَ بِمَا فِي ذَلِكَ إِعادَةُ تَفْسيرِ الأَخْلاقِ أَوْ الشَّخْصيَّةِ النَّبيلَةِ . الكَلِماتُ المِفْتاحيَّةُ : مَفْهومُ أَخْلاقيّاتِ اَلْمُرَبّي، طُلّابٌ، حَسيمٌ اشْعُرِي
