Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN ANTARA SIKAP TERHADAP PEKERJAAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA ANGGOTA POLRI RESERSE KRIMINAL KHUSUS POLDA LAMPUNG Oleh : Satiya Andani kepuasan kerja adalah perasaan puas atau rasa pencapaian yang diperoleh seseorang dalam pekerjaannya. Dan bisa diartikan juga bahwa kepuasan kerja adalah keadaan emosi yang menyenangkan dari pekerjaannya, Sikap terhadap pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja fisik diduga faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Sikap terhadap pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kepuasan kerja anggota polri. Populasi yang digunakan dalam adalah anggota polri aktif Direktorat Reserse kriminal khusus Polda Lampung sebanyak orang. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimen dengan desain penelitian menggunakan metode korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi meliputi skala kepuasn kerja yang berjumlah aitem (α = . ), sikap terhadap pekerjaan berjumlah aitem (α = . ), dan skala lingkungan kerja fisik berjumlah aitem (α = . ). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda yang dibantu dengan program SPSS For Windows. Hasil analisis penelitian pertama menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara sikap terhadap pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kepuasan kerja dengan nilai Rx -y = dan nilai F = dengan p = (p > ). Sumbangan efektif efektif sebesar yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kemudian kedua terdapat hubungan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara sikap terhadap pekerjaan dengan kepuasan kerja anggota polri dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (rx -y) = dengan taraf signifikasi p < . Sumbangan efektif sebanyak iv ketiga terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja pada anggota polri reserse kriminal khusus Poldaa Lampung dengan nilai (rx -y) = dengan taraf signifikasi yaitu p < . And it can also be interpreted that job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional state from work. Attitude towards work and the physical work environment are thought to be factors that influence job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between attitudes towards work and the physical work environment with job satisfaction of police officers. The population used in this study were active police members of the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of Lampung Police as many as people. Researchers used non-experimental quantitative research methods with research designs using correlational methods. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total sample of people. Data collection techniques using psychological scales include a job satisfaction scale totaling items (α = ), attitudes towards work totaling items (α = ), and a physical work environment scale totaling items (α = ). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques assisted by the SPSS For Windows program. The results of the first research analysis show that there is a significant relationship between attitudes towards work and the physical work environment with job satisfaction with a value of Rx - y = and a value of F = with p = (p> ). Effective effective contribution of which is influenced by the independent variables in this study and is influenced by other variables outside this study. Then secondly there is a significant positive relationship between attitudes towards work and job satisfaction of police officers with a correlation coefficient value (rx - y) = with a significance level of p < .
