Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam menjalankan usaha tidak semua masyarakat memiliki modal yang cukup untuk menjalankan usahanya, sehingga masyarakat membutuhkan tambahan modal untuk memajukan usahanya, meningkatnya jumlah nasabah setiap tahunnya sebagai penerima dana KUR membuat Peneliti tertarik meneliti Dampak program KUR terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Kalirejo. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada perbandingan pendapatan masyarakat Kalirejo sebelum dan sesudah adanya KUR. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbandingan pendapatan masyarakat Kalirejo sebelum dan sesudah adanya KUR ditinjau dalam perspektif islam. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji Normalitas dan hasilnya data tidak terdistribusi normal, maka alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji wilcoxon signed rank test. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling menghasilkan 106 nasabah. Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa kedua kelompok tersebut tersebut tidak berdistribusi normal. Alat pengolah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat lunak (software) SPSS 20. untuk mengetahui pendapatan sesudah dan sebelum KUR. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas menunjukan hasil data tidak terdistribusi normal. Maka analisis dilanjutkan menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan hasil analisis Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000 karena nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah memperoleh KUR. Analisis dampak positif dari adanya bantuan KUR yaitu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat kalirejo, meningkatkan kemampuan nasabah untuk mengembangkan usaha, memperluas lapangan usaha. Dampak negatif dari adanya program KUR yaitu tidak tepat sasaran dan adanya pinjaman pihak lain. Kata Kunci : Program KUR, Pendapatan Masyarakat, Perspektif Islam. ABSTRACT In running a business, not all people have sufficient capital to run their business, so that people need additional capital to advance their business. The increasing number of customers each year as recipients of KUR funds makes researchers interested in researching the impact of the KUR program on the income of the people of Kalirejo. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a comparison of the income of the Kalirejo people before and after the existence of the KUR. Meanwhile, the purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a comparison of the income of the Kalirejo community before and after the existence of KUR viewed from an Islamic perspective. Data analysis used in this study was using the Normality test and the results were that the data were not normally distributed, so the analytical tool used in this study was thewilcoxon signed rank test. The sampling method in this study uses techniquespurposive sampling resulting in 106 customers. The data shows that the two groups are not normally distributed. The data processing tool used in this study is software (software) SPSS 20. to determine income after and before KUR. Based on the results of the normality test, the data results are not normally distributed. Then the analysis is continued using the testwilcoxon with the results of the analysisAsymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is worth 0.000 because the value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted indicating that there is a difference in income before and after obtaining KUR. Analysis of the positive impact of the existence of KUR assistance, namely increasing the income of the Kalirejo community, increasing the ability of customers to develop businesses, expanding business fields. The negative impact of the existence of the KUR program is that it is not on target and there are loans from other parties. Keywords: KUR Program, Community Income, Islamic Perspective.
