Abstract

ABSTRAK Profil Kinerja Guru IPA Dan Prestasi Siswa Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Di SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung Oleh CHIKA MERLISA TAMARA Kinerja guru sangat penting dalam meningkatkan selama proses belajar mengajar terutama pada saat pandemi covid 19, kinerja guru merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan melaksanakan tugas, menyelesaikan tugas dan bertanggung jawab sesuai dengan harapan. Pembelajaran secara daring sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran yang menggunakan jaringan internet. Namun pembelajaran juga masih kurang efektif sebagai langkah yang solutif untuk mencegah penyebaran covid 19 dilingkungan pendidikan. Begitupun Prestasi saat pandemi covid 19, hasil prestasi siswa secara keseluruhan yang menjadi indikator kompetensi dan derajat perubahan perilaku yang yang bersangkutan, kompetensi yang harus dikuasai siswa perlu di nyatakan sedemikian rupa agar dapat nilai sebagai wujud hasil prestasi siswa. Prestasi sendiri terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu prestasi akademik dan non akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang paling utama dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, sebab guru terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring. Kemudian data tersebut diolah peneliti sehingga data yang diperoleh adalah data hasil seleksi. Terdapat dua uji keabsahan data dalam pengolahan data yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi watu. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) Profil kinerja guru ipa di SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung, 2) Prestasi siswa di masa pandemi covid 19 pada matapelajaran IPA di SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung, 3) Kendala yang di hadapi guru saat pengajaran, 4) Kendala yang di hadapi oleh siswa saat pembelajaran. Menunjukan bahwa peran kinerja guru IPA di SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung selama proses pandemi covid 19 ini sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan efektif. Kinerja guru akan memberikan metode pembelajaran agar peserta didik dapat memahami dan mengerti tentang apa saja yang diajarkan oleh guru. Dengan pembelajaran daring terkadang kurang efektif dan efesien dalam iii proses belajar yang membuat peserta didik terhalang sinyal dan terkendala kuota internet serta belum bisa memahami materi apa yang sudah diberikan oleh guru dan dalam pengumpulan tugas – tugas yang terlambat untuk mengumpul. Dan prestasi akademik dan non akademik saat pandemi covid 19 belum terjalankan dengan baik Kata Kunci : Kinerja Guru, Prestasi Siswa iv ABSTRACT Profile of Science Teacher Performance and Student Achievement During the Covid 19 Pandemic in Science Subjects at SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung BY CHIKA MERLISA TAMARA Teacher performance is very important in improving during the teaching and learning process, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, teacher performance is one of the activities carried out by carrying out assignments, completing assignments and being responsible according to expectations. Online learning is very much needed in learning that uses the internet network. However, learning is also still ineffective as a solution to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the educational environment. Likewise, learning achievement during the Covid 19 pandemic, student learning outcomes as a whole which is an indicator of competence and the degree of change in behavior concerned, competencies that must be mastered by students need to be stated in such a way so that they can be valued as a form of student learning outcomes. Learning achievement itself consists of two types, namely academic and non-academic achievements. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach using interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The most important informants in this study are teachers, because teachers are directly involved in the online learning process. Then the data is processed by researchers so that the data obtained is data from the selection. There are two data validity tests in data processing, namely source triangulation and time triangulation. The results of this study are 1) Profile of the performance of science teachers at SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung, 2) Student achievement during the covid 19 pandemic in science subjects at SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung, 3) Obstacles faced by teachers during teaching, 4) Constraints faced faced by students during learning. Shows that the role of the science teacher's performance at SMPN 4 Bandar Lampung during the Covid 19 pandemic has been carried out properly and effectively. Teacher performance will provide learning methods so that students can understand and understand what is being taught by v the teacher. With online learning sometimes it is less effective and efficient in the learning process which makes students obstructed by signals and constrained by internet quota and unable to understand what material has been given by the teacher and in submitting assignments that are late to collect. And academic and non-academic achievements during the Covid 19 pandemic have not been carried out properly Keywords: Teacher Performance, Student Achievement
