Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyelesain soal secara sistematis (PS3) berbantuan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CO-OP CO-OP untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, pada peserta didik kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Bakauheni. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif quasi eksperimen diesign dengan rancangan pretest posttest contol grup diesign. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan dua kelompok kelas, kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan memberikan pretest sebelum perlakuan kemudian di beri perlakuan dengan penyelesain soal secara sistematis (PS3) berbantuan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CO-OP CO-OP untuk kelas ekperimen dan di akhir pembelajaran di berikan postest untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan matematika peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Bakauheni. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan acak kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII C sebagai kelas ekperimen dan kelas VIII A sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Teknik analisi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji-t. Hasil penelitian dalam perhitungan N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa rata- rata N-Gain yang di peroleh kelas eksperimen sebesar 0.7754 sementara N-Gain kelas kontrol sebesar 0.5826. Berdasarkan hasil analisi uji-t terlihat bahwa tingkat signifikasi yang di hasilkan maka Ho di tolak. Artinya terdapat pengaruh penyelesain soal secara sistematis (PS3) berbantuan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CO�OP CO-OP (Cooperation In Education) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan maslaah matematika. Kata kunci : penyelesain soal secara sistematis (PS3) berbantuan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CO-OP CO-OP, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. iv ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine the effect of systematic problem solving (PS ) assisted by the CO-OP CO-OP cooperative learning model to improve mathematical problem-solving skills, in class VIII students at SMPN Bakauheni. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study designed with a pretest posttest control group design design. This study used a two-group class design, an experimental class and a control class by giving a pretest before treatment and then being treated with systematic problem solving (PS ) assisted by the CO-OP CO-OP type cooperative learning model for the experimental class and at the end of the lesson given posttest to see the increase in students' math solving abilities. The population in this study were all class VIII at SMPN Bakauheni. The sampling technique in this study used class random. The sample in this study was class VIII C as the experimental class and class VIII A as the control class. The data collection technique in this study was a test of mathematical problem solving ability. The analysis technique used in this study is the t-test. The research results in the calculation of N-Gain show that the average N-Gain obtained by the experimental class is while the N-Gain for the control class is . Based on the results of the t�test analysis, it can be seen that the level of significance generated then Ho is rejected. This means that there is an effect of systematic problem solving (PS ) assisted by the CO-OP CO-OP (Cooperation In Education) cooperative learning model to improve mathematical problem-solving skills.
