Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi memberikan pengaruh di segala aspek kehidupan, baik itu sektor ekonomi, sektor pendidikan, sektor pemerintahan, sektor pertanian dan lain sebagainya. Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup besar bagi para petani yang mempengaruhi aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana dampak Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Luas Kec. Batu Ketulis Kab. Lampung Barat? Dan Bagaiamana dampak Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Luas Kec. Batu Ketulis Kab. Lampung Barat menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Luas Kec. Batu Ketulis Kab. Lampung Barat, dan mengetahui dampak Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Luas Kec. Batu Ketulis Kab. Lampung Barat menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 350 orang petani kopi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 orang petani kopi. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber-sumber yang telah ada seperti dari perpustakaan dan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa covid-19 berdampak terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di desa Luas karena semenjak adanya covid-19 biaya yang dikeluarkan petani semakin meningkat dan pendapatan petani mengalami penurunan, hasil produksi yang semakin menurun, harga bahan pokok yang meningkat, dan harga jual beli kopi tidak stabil serta mengalami penurunan. selain itu akses untuk menjual hasil panen pun semakin sulit karena pemerintah telah memberlakukan kebijakan social distancing, physical distancing, work from home, dan PSBB. Adanya covid-19 memberikan dampak terhadap pendapatan petani yang mengakibatkan petani kopi di desa Luas belum mampu memenuhi ketiga tingkatan utama kebutuhan manusia, petani di desa luas hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan primernya saja. Walaupun demikian petani di desa Luas telah melakukan kegiatannya sesuai dengan Prinsip Ekonomi Islam yaitu Prinsip Tauhid, ‘Adl, Nubuwah, Khilafah, dan Ma’ad. Covid-19 has had quite a big impact on farmers which affects people's daily activities. The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the impact of Covid-19 on the income of farmers in the Broad Village of Batu Ketulis District, West Lampung Regency? And what is the impact of Covid-19 on the income of farmers in the Broad Village of Batu Ketulis District, West Lampung Regency according to an Islamic economic perspective? This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the income of farmers in the Vast Village, Batu Ketulis District, West Lampung Regency, and to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the income of farmers in the Vast Village, Batu Ketulis District, West Lampung Regency from an Islamic economic perspective. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Source of data in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data sources in this study were obtained from direct results through interviews. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study were 350 coffee farmers and the sample used was 35 coffee farmers. While secondary data obtained from existing sources such as from libraries and previous research. The results of this study show that covid-19 has had an impact on the income of coffee farmers in Lebar village because since the existence of covid-19 the costs incurred by farmers have increased and farmers' income has decreased, production yields have decreased, staple food prices have increased, and selling prices buying coffee is unstable and has decreased. besides that, access to selling crops is even more difficult because the government has implemented social distancing, physical distancing, work from home, and PSBB policies. The existence of covid-19 has had an impact on farmers' income which has resulted in coffee farmers in Luan village not being able to meet the three main levels of human needs, farmers in Luas village are only able to meet their primary needs. However, farmers in the village of Lebar have carried out their activities in accordance with the Principles of Islamic Economics, namely the Principles of Monotheism, 'Adl, Nubuwah, Khilafah, and Ma'ad.
