Abstract

ABSTRAK i Sumber daya manusia yang baik di lembaga pendidik dapat didukung oleh beberapa faktor dan indikator. Salah satu faktornya adalah implementasi sumber daya manusia seperti merekrutmen tenaga pendidik yang baik dari segi ilmu pengetahuan dan keagamaan, mengadakan pelatihan dan pengembagan terhadap tenaga pendidik, kompensasi finansial dan non finansial yang diberikan kepada tenaga pendidik guna menghargai kinerjanya, pemutusan hubungan kerja yang baik. Hasil penelitian di MIN 9 Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik sudah berjalan dengan baik dari segi rekrutmen, pengembangan, kompesasi dan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Hasil pra penelitian iini bertujuan imendeskripsikan keberhasilan idalam implementasi sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik, dengan ihal iini ipeneliti imelakukan ipenelitian iini iuntuk imengetahui ibagaimana implementasi sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik di MIN 9 Bandar Lampung. Jenis ipenelitian iyang idigunakan iadalah ipenelitian ideskriptif ikualitatif iyaitu ipenelitian mendeskripsikan, imenceritakan, idan imenginterpretasikan idata iyang iada idan imenghasilkan idata deskriptif idari iorang-orang idalam ibentuk itertulis/lisan, iperilaku idan idata iyang idapat idiamati adalah pernyataan. iTeknik ipengumpulan idata idilakukan imelalui iwawancara, iobservasi, danidokumentasi. Data iyang idapat idianalisis imelalui ilangkah ireduksi idata, ipenyajian idata, idan penarikan ikesimpulan. Uji ikeabsahan idalam ipenelitian iini idigunakan iteknik itriangulasi isumber yang idicapai idengan ijalan membandingkan idata ihasil ipengamatan idengan idata ihasil iwawancara iHasil ipenelitian itentang implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidikitelah terlaksana dengan ibaik, ihal iini idilihat idari iindikator iyang isudah itercapai. iSeperti merekrutmen tenaga pendidik, memberikan pelatihan atau pengembangan tenaga pendidik, kompensasi tenaga pendidik dan pemutusan hubungan kerja yang baik. Merekrutmen tenaga pendidik sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 16 Tahun 2007, Tentang Standar Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi Guru, memberikan pelatihan atau pengembagan terhadap tenaga pendidik guna meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan, kompensasi finansial dan non finansial terhadap tenaga pendidik guna menghargai kinerja tenaga pendidik, dan Pemutusan hubungan kerja yang baik. Semuanya isudah imemenuhi isesuai dengan teori Indikator Sondang P. Siagian, itentang sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik. Kata iKunci : Tenaga Pendidik, Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia iii ABSTRACT Good human resources in educational institutions can be supported by several factors and indicators. One of the factors is the implementation of human resources such as recruiting teachers who are good in terms of science and religion, conducting training and development of teaching staff, financial and non-financial compensation given to educators to appreciate their performance, good termination of employment. The results of research at MIN 9 Bandar Lampung show that the implementation of human resources for teaching staff has gone well in terms of recruitment, development, compensation and termination of employment. This study aims to describe the success in implementing human resources for teaching staff, with this in mind the researchers conducted this research to find out how the implementation of human resources for teaching staff at MIN 9 Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is qualitative-idescriptive research, i.e. research describing, telling, and interpreting existing data and generating descriptive data from people in written/oral form, behavior and data that can be observed are statements. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The data can be analyzed through the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity test in this research used the technique of triangulation of sources which was achieved by way of comparing the data from the results of the observations with the data from the results of the interviews The results of this research regarding the implementation of human resources for teaching staff have been carried out well, this can be seen from the indicators that have been achieved. iSuch as recruiting teaching staff, providing training or developing teaching staff, compensating teaching staff and terminating good employment relations. Recruiting teaching staff in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education Number 16 of 2007, Regarding Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competency, providing training or development for teaching staff to improve the quality of knowledge, financial and non-financial compensation for teaching staff to appreciate the performance of teaching staff, and Termination good working relationship. All of them have complied with Sondang P. Siagian's Indicator theory, concerning human resources for teaching staff. Keywords : Teacher, Implementation of human resource management
