Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada pembinaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo Kabupaten Pesawaran di lihat dari profesionalitasnya sebagai pendidik terlihat dari kinerja dan prestasi guru yang dimiliki terbilang baik. Dari kinerja dan prestasi guru harus di kembangkan melalui berbagai pengembangan strategi dalam bentuk Pendidikan dan pelatihan serta kegiatan selain Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang di ikuti. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo Kabupaten Pesawaran. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari subjek (Kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru dan mitra sekolah)dan objek penelitian (Pengembangan sumber daya manusia tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo Kabupaten Pesawaran)Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang di gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan SDM tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo Kabupaten Pesawaran sudah memiliki banyak pembinaan dan pengembangan yang di lakukan dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta profesionalisme tenaga pendidik melalui strategi dalam bentuk 1) Pendidikan dan pelatihan antara lain : In-house tranning, kemitraan sekolah, belajar jarak jauh, pelatihan berjenjang dan pelatihan khusus, kursus singkat di perguruan tinggi atau lembaga pendidikan lain, pembinaan internal oleh sekolah, dan pendidikan lanjut. 2) Kegiatan selain pendidikan dan pelatihan antara lain : Diskusi masalah-masalah pendidikan, seminar, workshop, penelitian, penulisan buku/bahan ajar, pembuatan media pembelajaran, dan pembuatan teknologi/karya seni. Dari pengembangan-pengembangan tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkangtkan kinerja dan profesionalitas guru dalam mentranfer ilmu kepada peserta didik sehingga terwujudnya pendidikan nasional. Kata kunci : Pengembangan, SDM, Tenaga pendidik iii ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the development and development of human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran Regency, in terms of their professionalism as educators, it can be seen from the good performance and achievements of the teachers they have. The teacher's performance and achievements must be developed through various development strategies in the form of education and training as well as activities other than education and training that are followed. Therefore this research is to find out how to develop human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran Regency The method in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data were obtained from subjects (school principals, curricula deputy heads, teachers and school partners) and objects (development of human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran District). Data collection techniques used by researchers were observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development of human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran Regency has been fairly good because a lot of coaching and development has been carried out to improve the performance and professionalism of teaching staff through strategies in the form of 1) Education and training, including: In- house tranning, school partnerships, distance learning, tiered training and special training, short courses at universities or other educational institutions, internal coaching by schools, and further education. 2) Activities other than education and training include: Discussion of educational issues, seminars, workshops, research, writing books/teaching materials, making learning media, and making technology/art works. It is hoped that these developments will be able to improve the performance and professionalism of teachers in transferring knowledge to students so that national education can be realized.
