Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh “Peran Guru Bk Dalam Menanggulangi Kendala Proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Daring Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kendala yang muncul dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar daring di masa pandemic saat ini. Munculnya beberapa kendala akibat penyebaran virus covid-19 yang dirasakan hampir seluruh masyarakat di Indonesia, mengakibatkan perubahan sistem pembelajaran di sekolah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh, dimana lembaga pendidikan/ sekolah menutup seluruh kegiatan belajar tatap muka secara serentak. Dalam hal ini pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan bahwasannya pembelajaran tatap muka akan digantikan dengan pembelajaran online (daring) yang dipilih sebagai cara paling efektif dalam kondisi pandemi saat ini Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 guru wali kelas, 1 guru bimbingan konseling, 2 orang peserta didik. Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik, Kec. Tulang Bawang Udik, Kab. Tulang Bawang Barat. Untuk memperoleh tingkat keabsahan data peneliti, menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Bagaimana langkah-langkah guru BK dalam menanggulangi kendala proses kegiatan belajar mengajar daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik. 2) Apa saja kendala yang dialami peserta didik di SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik saat pembelajaran secara daring dimasa pandemic covid-19? Kata Kunci: Peran Guru BK, Kendala Pembelajaran Daring, Pandemi iv ABSTRACT The background of this research is "The Role of Bk Teachers in Overcoming Obstacles to the Process of Online Teaching and Learning Activities During the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik". This study aims to find out the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming obstacles that arise in the process of teaching and learning activities during the current pandemic. The emergence of several obstacles due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus which is felt by almost all people in Indonesia, has resulted in a change in the learning system in schools to distance learning, where educational institutions/schools close all face-to-face learning activities simultaneously. In this case issuing a government regulation that face-to-face learning will be packaged with online learning (dare) which is chosen as the most effective way in the current pandemic conditions The research method used in this study is descriptive research and is included in the type of qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of 1 homeroom teacher, 1 counseling teacher, 2 students. The place for the implementation of the research activities was carried out at SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik, Kec. Onion Bones, Kab. Western Onions. To obtain the level of validity of the researcher's data, using the persistence of observations and triangulation of sources. The results of this study indicate that 1) What are the steps of the counseling teacher in overcoming obstacles to the teaching and learning process challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik. 2) What are the obstacles experienced by students at SMA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Udik when learning courageously during the Covid-19 pandemic?
