Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru di MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik(guru) MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung Sebanyak 74 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang,menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. untuk membuktikan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner (angket). Metode kuesioner (angket) ini digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data variabel Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana dan kinerja guru.Uji validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari person .Sedangkan uji relialibitas menggunakan teknik Alpha cronbach dengan bantuan SPSS 20. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui hasil data yang dikumpulkan dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signitifikan antara Manajemen Sarana dan Prasrana terdahap Kinerja Guru di MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung dengan korelasi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah 0,544. Selain itu R2 sebesar 0,427 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti konstribusi variabel X (Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana) terhadap variabel Y (Kinerja Guru) adalah sebesar 42,7% dan sisanya sebesar 57,3% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi fokus pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana, Kinerja Guru. iv ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and infrastructure management on teacher performance at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were 74 educators (teachers) at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study were 43 people, using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. to prove the hypothesis in this study the method used is to use the questionnaire method (questionnaire). This questionnaire method is used to collect variable data on Facilities and Infrastructure Management and teacher performance. The validity test uses the product moment correlation technique from the person. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses the Cronbach Alpha technique with the help of SPSS 20. Furthermore, to find out the results of the data collected, calculations are carried out by using a simple linear regression technique. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Facilities and Infrastructure Management on Teacher Performance at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung with the correlation of the independent variables and the dependent variable is 0.544. In addition, R2 is 0.427 at a significance level of 5%. This means that the contribution of variable X (Management of Facilities and Infrastructure) to variable Y (Teacher Performance) is 42.7% and the remaining 57.3% is caused by other factors which are not the focus of discussion in this study.
