Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalah sikap disiplin anak. Sebagaimana di Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 1 Bandar Lampung peserta didiknya menunjukan masih kurang disiplin dan kurang terbiasa terhadap peraturan sekolah. Oleh sebab itu perlu upaya-upaya guru untuk meminimalisir kurangnya sikap terbiasa disiplin peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru dalam mengembangkan kedisiplinan anak usia dini melalui metode pembiasaan di Raudhatul Athfal 1 Bandar Lampung. Adapun metode yang digunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif. Subjek Primer meliputi anak dan subjek sekunder meliputi guru. Cara pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kemudian untuk menganalisa hasil penelitian penulis melakukan penarikan kesimpulan dengan cara berfikir induktif/deduktif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian maka dapat simpulkan mengenai upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak usia dini melalui metode pembiasaan di Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 1 Bandar Lampung, Penulis mengamati metode pembiasaan sangat cocok di terapkan karena anak dengan mudah dapat mengerti dan mengikuti kedisiplinan yang guru tanamkan disekolah tanpa adanya unsur paksaan, anak melakukan kedisiplinan tersebut dengan hati senang dan gembira. Guru telah memberikan teladan serta contoh yang nyata sebagai bentuk kedisiplinan. Pada kegiatan awal guru mengenalkan perilaku disiplin yang baik kepada anak dengan metode pembiasaan pada saat kegiatan sehari-hari disekolah yang di tunjukan langsung kepada anak didik guna meningkatkan perlaku disiplin anak usia dini di Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 1 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Upaya Guru, Disiplin, metode pembiasaan iv ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problem of child discipline. As in Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 1 Bandar Lampung, the students showed that they lacked discipline and were not used to school rules. Therefore, it is necessary for the teacher's efforts to minimize the lack of habitual attitude of discipline of students. The purpose of this research is to find out how the efforts of teachers in developing early childhood discipline through the habituation method at Raudhatul Athfal 1 Bandar Lampung. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary subjects include children and secondary subjects include teachers. The method of collecting data that the writer uses is observation, interviews, documentation, then to analyze the results of the research the writer draws conclusions by way of inductive/deductive thinking. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the teacher's efforts to improve early childhood discipline through the habituation method at Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 1 Bandar Lampung, the author observes that the habituation method is very suitable to be applied because children can easily understand and follow the discipline that the teacher instills in school without any element of coercion, the child does the discipline with a happy and happy heart. Teachers have set examples and concrete examples as a form of discipline. In the initial activities the teacher introduces good disciplinary behavior to children with the habituation method during daily activities at school which is shown directly to students in order to improve the disciplinary behavior of early childhood at Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 1 Bandar Lampung.
