Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis mengambil judul “Implementasi Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Individu Teknik Behavior Contract Dalam Mengatasi Perilaku Agresifitas Peserta Didik SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung” Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengidentifikasikan gambaran perilaku agresifitas peserta didik di SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Untuk mengetahui implementasi layanan bimbingan konseling individu teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku agresifitas peserta didik di SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi layanan bimbingan konseling individu teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku agresifitas peserta didik di SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer sumber data yang didapat melalui wawancara dengan guru bimbingan dan konseling mengenai Pelaksanaan konseling individu dengan teknik behavioral contract dalam Mengatasi perilaku agresifitas peserta didik Di Smp Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Sumber data skunder didapat melalui media perantara yang dapat berupa dokumentasi dari responden yaitu guru bimbingan dan konseling di Smp Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah gambaran tentang perilaku agresifitas peserta didik di Smp Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung? Bagaimanakah implementasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling individu teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku agresifitas peserta didik di Smp Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung? Bagaimanakah hasil implementasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling individu teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku agresifitas peserta didik di Smp Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung? Berdasarkan Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1)Perilaku agresif fisik langsung meliputi berkelahi, memukul, dan mendorong. Perilaku agresif fisik aktif tidak langsung seperti menyobek buku kasus. Perilaku agresif verbal pasif langsung meliputi menghina, memaki, dan mengumpat. Perilaku agresif verbal pasif seperti mendiamkan teman. Perilaku agresif verbal aktif tidak langsung meliputi menyebar fitnah, menggosip, dan mengadu domba. 2)Pelaksanaan konseling individu di SMP Negeri 35 melalui tahapan awal, pertengahan, penutup, followup. 3)Hasil Pelaksanaan Konseling Individu untuk Mengatasi Perilaku Agresif Siswa SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung dapat diatasi dengan layanan konseling individu yang berbasis bimbingan konseling islam dengan pendekatan behavioristik. Pendekatan behavioristik dalam konseling individu untuk mengatasi perilaku agresif lebih menekankan proses atau pengalaman belajar untuk membantu individu mengubah perilaku agresif menjadi perilaku yang asertif. Kata Kunci: Konseling Individu,Behavior Contract,Agresifitas. iv ABSTRACT The author takes the title "Implementation of Individual Guidance and Counseling Services for Behavior Contract Techniques in Overcoming Aggressive Behavior of Students of SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung". The purpose of this study is to identify the description of the aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. To find out the implementation of individual counseling guidance services, the behavior contract technique in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. To find out the results of the implementation of individual counseling guidance services, the behavior contract technique in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. This study used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data is the data source obtained through interviews with guidance and counseling teachers regarding the implementation of individual counseling with behavioral contract techniques in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Secondary data sources were obtained through intermediary media which could be in the form of documentation from respondents, namely guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. The formulation of the problem in this study is: What is the description of the aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung? How is the implementation of individual guidance and counseling services using the behavior contract technique in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung? What are the results of the implementation of individual guidance and counseling services using the behavior contract technique in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung? The results of this study showed that 1) Direct physical aggressive behavior includes fighting, hitting, and pushing. Indirectly active physically aggressive behavior is like tearing up a case book. Direct passive verbal aggressive behavior includes insulting, cursing, and swearing. Passive verbal aggressive behavior is like quieting a friend. Indirectly active verbal aggressive behavior includes spreading slander, gossiping, and pitting. 2) The implementation of individual counseling at SMP Negeri 35 through the initial, middle, closing, followup stages. 3) The results of the Implementation of Individual Counseling to Overcome Aggressive Behavior of Students of SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung can be overcome with individual counseling services based on Islamic counseling guidance with a behavioristic approach. The behavioristic approach in individual counseling to overcome aggressive behavior emphasizes more learning processes or experiences to help individuals transform aggressive behaviors into assertive behaviors.
