Abstract

ABSTRACT "Moral Message in the Story of Ashhab Al-Qaryah" (Comparative Study Between Ibn Kathir's Tafsir and Al�Maraghi's Tafsir) by Muhamad Apriyansyah One of the contents of the Qur'an is the stories of the previous people. Stories have an important position because they serve as warnings and lessons for humans. One of the stories discussed in this study is the story of Asshab Al-Qaryah contained in Surah Yasin verses 13-32. The focus of the research is the moral message of the story of Asshab Al-Qaryah contained in QS. Yasin: 13-32. The purpose of the study was to determine the form of the moral message from the story of Asshab Al-Qaryah contained in QS. Yasin: 13-32. This research is a type of library research, which is a research whose research sources are library materials. The primary sources of this research are Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-'Azim by Ibn Kathir and Tafsir Al�Maraghi by Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi. Supporting sources such as the book Manna Khlalil Al-Qattan and related to other discussions. The method used in this research is a comparative descriptive method (Muqaran), which is to convey a moral message from the story of Asshab Al-Qaryah. The results of the study show that the message contained in (QS. Yasin: 36: 13-32) is to use the right strategy in preaching, so that it is easily accepted by the community. He tested the patience of the messengers, in each delivering his da'wah. Basically the accusations and threats made by the Residents of a Country to the envoys demanded them to be patient in carrying out da'wah. Punishment for those who reject the truth, it has become sunatullah that Allah gives rewards in the form of rewards or punishments for those who disobey the call of His messengers. Sincere in preaching, it should be accompanied by sincerity and not asking for anything in return so that it can be trusted by the surrounding community. Faith is one of the conditions to enter heaven. The conclusion is using the right strategy in preaching, testing the patience of the envoys, in each delivering their da'wah, punishment for those who reject the truth, sincere in preaching, and Faith is one of the conditions to enter heaven.
