Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan narkoba di Indonesia masih bersifat urgent dan kompleks. Dalam kurun waktu satu dekade terakhir permasalahan ini menjadi marak. Walau baru pertama kali seseorang memakai narkoba efek dari kecanduan dan ketergantungan ini sulit untuk dihilangkan, seseorang yang kedapatan menggunakan narkoba nantinya akan berurusan dengan hukum. Tidak sedikit residen seringkali mengalami kesulitan pada saat rehabilitasi akibat penerimaan diri yang rendah yang menimbulkan rasa malas, kesulitan berkonsentrasi, serta dapat melakukan pelanggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode therapeutic community untuk menumbuhkan penerimaan diri eks pengguna narkoba di BNN Kabupaten Tanggamus serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research) bersifat deskriptif, dimana peneliti mengamati dan mendeskripsikan hasil temuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 konselor, 1 pendamping, serta 6 klien yang mengikuti proses pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode therapeutic community. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Milles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode therapeutic community untuk menumbuhkan penerimaan diri eks pengguna narkoba dilakukan secara kelompok ataupun komunitas. Pada proses bimbingan kelompok dengan therapeutic community ini dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali dengan cara klien dikumpulkan dalam satu ruangan dengan bimbingan dan tema yang berbeda dalam setiap minggunya. Dalam metode therapeutic community ada empat struktur program yaitu: 1. Behavior menagement, 2. Emotional and psychological, 3. Intelektual and spiritual, 4. Vocational and survival. Selanjutnya penerapan therapeutic community diterapkan melalui beberapa tahapan yakni: tahap entry unit, tahap primary dan tahap re-entry. Selanjutnya, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat bimbingan kelompok dengan therapeutic community yaitu ada dua baik dari internal (dalam diri klien) maupun eksternal ( keluarga dan lingkungan ) dikatakan faktor pendukung apabila dari diri klien ada kemauan untuk pulih dan keluarga memberikan dukungan serta kepercayaan penuh pastinya klien akan segera pulih, namun dikatakan faktor penghambat apabila dalam rehabilitasi sarana dan prasarana yang ada kurang memadai terkhusus SDM petugasnya maka bisa menghambat proses pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode therapeutic community. Even though it's the first time someone uses drugs, the effects of this addiction and dependence are difficult to get rid of, someone caught using drugs will later face the law. Not a few residents often experience difficulties during rehabilitation due to low self�acceptance which causes laziness, difficulty concentrating, and can commit violations. This study aims to determine how the process of implementing group guidance with therapeutic community methods to foster self-acceptance of former drug users at the National Narcotics Agency of Tanggamus Regency and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative type of field research, where the researcher explains and describes the findings. The subjects in this study were 3 counselors, 1 companion aged 29-40 years and 6 clients who followed the process of implementing group guidance with the therapeutic community method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation. Data analysis in this study uses the theory of Milles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementing group guidance with the therapeutic community method to foster self-acceptance of former drug users is carried out in groups or communities. In the group guidance process with this therapeutic community, it is done once a week by means of the clients being gathered in one room with different guidance and themes every week. In the therapeutic community method, there are four program structures, namely: 1. Behavioral management, 2. Emotional and psychological, 3. Intellectual and spiritual, 4. Vocational and survival. Furthermore, the application of therapeutic community is implemented through several stages, namely: the unit entry stage, the primary stage and the re-entry stage. Furthermore, the supporting and inhibiting factors of group guidance with the therapeutic community, namely there are two internal (within the client) and external (family and environment) are said to be supporting factors if from the client there is a willingness to recover and the family provides full support and trust, the client will certainly recover soon, but it is said that the inhibiting factor is that if the existing facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, especially the human resources of the officers, it can hinder the process of implementing group guidance with the therapeutic community method.
