Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia UMKM selalu digambarkan sebagai sektor yang mempunyai peranan penting, karena sebagian besar jumlah penduduknya berpendidikan rendah dan hidup dalam kegiatan usaha kecil baik di sektor tradisional maupun modern. Perekonomian di Provinsi Lampung selama kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi tidak hanya di Provinsi Lampung tetapi di Indonesia bahkan melanda diseluruh dunia. Apabila dilihat dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir ini, laju pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) cenderung mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Teori Adam Smith mengemukakan tentang proses pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam jangka panjang secara sistematis serta aspek utama pertumbuhan ekonomi yaitu pertumbuhan output total dan pertumbuhan penduduk. Pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas sektor-sektor dalam menggunakan faktor-faktor produksinya. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun 2019-2021, serta bagaimana perspektif ekonomi Islam tentang Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengaruh Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun 2019-2021, serta untuk mengetahu bagaimana perspektif ekonomi Islam tentang Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini digolongkan kedalam penelitian dokumentasi atau studi pustaka (Library Resarch). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel dengan pendekatan model efek tetap (Random Effect Model). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan program Eviews 10. Berdasrkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis Random Effect Model diperoleh bahwasanya variable jumlah unit UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung tahun 2019-2021. Islam mengajarkan untuk memproduksi sesuatu harus dimulai dengan bahan yang baik dan tidak merugikan bagi sekitarnya. Kata Kunci: UMKM, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACT In economic development in Indonesia, MSMEs are always described as a sector that has an important role, because most of the population has low education and lives in small business activities both in the traditional and modern sectors. The economy in Lampung Province during the last 3 years has decreased compared to previous years, this is due to the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred not only in Lampung Province but in Indonesia and even throughout the world. When viewed in the last 3 years, the growth rate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) tends to increase from year to year. Adam Smith's theory suggests a systematic process of long-term economic growth and the main aspects of economic growth, namely total output growth and population growth. Economic growth is strongly influenced by the productivity of sectors in using their production factors. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on economic growth in 2019-2021, and how the Islamic economic perspective on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and economic growth in Lampung Province. This study aims to determine how much influence the influence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on economic growth in 2019-2021, and to find out how the Islamic economic perspective on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and economic growth in Lampung Province. This research is classified into documentation research or literature study (Library Research). The method used in this study is panel data with a fixed effect model approach (Random Effect Model). The data used is secondary data. The data collected was analyzed using the Eviews 10 program. Based on the results of the study using the Random Effect Model analysis, it was found that the variable number of MSME units had a positive influence on the economic growth of Lampung Province in 2019-2021. Islam teaches that to produce something must start with good materials and not harmful to the surroundings. Keywords: UMKM, Economic Growth
