Abstract

ABSTRAK Intellectual capital merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan perusahaaan khususnya Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Pengelolaannya yang baik sangat membantu perusahaan dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh Islamic intellectual capital terhadap maqashid syariah index pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia? dan bagaimanakah pengaruh variabel moderasi corporate governance terhadap Islamic intellectual capital pada maqashid syariah index pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia?. Dengan tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Islamic intellectual capital terhadap maqashid syariah index pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh variabel moderasi corporate governance terhadap Islamic intellectual capital pada maqashid syariah index pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa-apa yang sedang berlaku, di dalamnya terdapat upaya mendeskripsikan, mencatat, analisis, dan menginterprestasikan kondisi-kondisi yang sekarang ini terjadi atau ada. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji data panel dan bantuan aplikasi E-Views 8.1 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji satistik secara parsial dan simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel intellectual capital dan corporate governance sebagai variabel moderasi memiliki pengaruh yang menunjukan arah sejajar terhadap maqashid syariah index (MSI). Hasil analisis tersebut diperkuat dengan pernyataan bahwa semakin besar nilai dari variabel intellectual capital dan variabel moderasi corporate governance pada suatu perusahaan yang dihasilkan maka pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat maqashid syariah index (MSI) juga akan semakin baik. Good management really helps the company in developing its business. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of Islamic intellectual capital on the maqashid syariah index at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia? and how is the influence of corporate governance moderating variables on Islamic intellectual capital on the maqashid syariah index at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia?. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Islamic intellectual capital on the maqashid syariah index at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and to find out how the corporate governance moderating variable influences Islamic intellectual capital on the maqashid syariah index at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative data. This research is descriptive quantitative which aims to describe what is currently happening, in which there are attempts to describe, record, analyze, and interpret the conditions that are currently happening or exist.The data used in this study is secondary data which was analyzed using panel data tests and the help of the E-Views 8.1 for windows application. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous statistical tests, it shows that the intellectual capital and corporate governance variables as moderating variables have an influence that shows a parallel direction to the maqashid syariah index (MSI). The results of this analysis are reinforced by the statement that the greater the value of the intellectual capital variable and the corporate governance moderation variable in a company produced, the better the effect on the maqasid syariah index (MSI) level.
