Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan koneksi matematis adalah tingkat kemampuan siswa untuk mengaitkan materi matematika dengan materi matematika, hubungan matematika dengan ilmu pengetahuan lain, hubungan matematika dengan kehidupn nyata. Oleh Karena itu kemampuan koneksi matematis harus ditumbuhkan pada diri siswa sebagai kemampuan dalam proses menyelesaikan masalah salah satunya dalam bentuk soal cerita. Berdasarkan hasil tes kemampuan koneksi matematis pada saat pra penelitian di SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan maksimum (KKM) dari tes kemampuan koneksi matematis yaitu 20%, sedangkan siswa yang tidak mencapai KKM adalah 80%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Blended Learning terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis dan pemecahan masalah matematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitin eksperimen dengan jenis Quasy Experimental Design, yang terdiri kelas Experimen diterapkan model Blended Learning dan kelas kontrol diterapkan model ekspositori. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung dan sample pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII-B dan kelas VII-C. Teknik sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster random sampling, instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan koneksi matematis berupa tes essay (uraian ) pada kelompok eksperimen, serta tes pemecahan masalah matematis teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Manova terdiri dari satu Variabel dependen dengan satu variable independen dan diperoleh kesimpulan (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Blendead Learning terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis (2) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Blendead Learning terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis peserta didik pada materi bilangan (3) terdapat pengruh pembelajaran Blendead Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik pada materi bilangan. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning, Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis, Pemecahan Masalah Matematis iv Abstract Mathematical connection ability is the level of studens`ability to realate mathematical material to mathematics, relationship between mathematics and other sciences, relationship between mathematics and real life. There fore the ability of mathematical connections must be grown in students as abilities in the process of solving problems, one of which is in the form of word problems. Basd on the results of the mathematical connection ability test during the pre-research in SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung students who achiere the maximum completeness criteria of (MMC) from the mathematical connectio ability test, namely 20%, while students who do not reach the (MMC) are 80%, this shows that students` mathematical connection abilities are still relatively low. This study aims to determine the effect of Blended Learning learning models on mathematical connection abilities and mathematical poblem solving. This study uses a type of exsperimental research whit a Quasy Exsperimental Design Type, which consists of an Exsperimental clas applied to the Blended Learning model and control class applied exspository model. The population in this study is all class students VII SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung and the sample in this study where class students VII-B and VII-C. The sample technique usd in this research is Cluster Random Sampling, the instrument used to collect data was a test of mathematical connection ability in the form of an essay test (description) in the eksperimental group as well as mathematical problem solving test, the data analysis techique used in manova consisting of one variabel with one independent variabel and conclusions are obtained (1) there is an influence of the Blended Learning learning model on mathematical connection abilities (2) there is an influence of the Blended Learning learning model on mathematical connection abilities in number material (3) there is an influence of the Blended Learning learning model on students` mathematical problem solving abilities in number material.
