Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen strategi dalam manajemen koperasi adalah suatu pendekatan yang sistematik dalam menyelenggarakan programnya untuk mencapai tujuan koperasi melalui manajemen strategi, diharapkan ketua koperasi mampu merumuskan dan menentukan strategi koperasi dengan tepat sehingga koperasi mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya dalam menyesuaikan serta melakukan perubahan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai efektifitas dan produktifitas koperasi. Koperasi adalah perkumpulan orang-orang yang tergabung dan melakukan usaha bersama dengan didasarkan prinsip-primsip koperasi, sehingga mendapat manfaat yang lebih besar dengan biaya rendah melalui perusahaan yang dimiliki dan diawasi secara demokrasi oleh anggotanya. Income adalah hasil dari faktor-faktor produksi yang dimiliki oleh sektor produksi yang dijual dengan harga berlaku di pasar faktor produksi, dan faktor-faktor tersebut digunakan sebagai input dalam proses produksi. Formulasi strategi meliputi: 1) Perumusan visi dan misi, 2) analisis lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal, 3) analisis pilihan strategi dan kunci keberhasilan, 4) penetapan tujuan, sasaran dan strategi. Implementasi strategi meliputi: 1) Rencana program dan kegiatan, dan 2) Penganggaran (Alokasi Dana). dan Evaluasi strategi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yakni sumber data yang dikumpulkan langsung dari narasumber yaitu pembina koperasi, ketua koperasi, dan anggota koperasi yang menjadi objek penelitan. Sumber data sekunder yaitu sumber data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung seperti catatan, laporan dan arsip. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. iii Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis tentang manajemen strategi koperasi sekolah dalam meningkatkan income di MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung yaitu koperasi MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung sudah merumuskan visi dan misi, analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal sudah dilaksanakan berupa analisis SWOT yang menghasilkan informasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman koperasi. Hanya saja koperasi madrasah menetapkan tujuan dan sasaran koperasi madrasah tanpa melakukan analisis pilihan strategi, sehingga belum terdapat strategi-strategi yang ditetapkan. Hendaknya ketua koperasi menindak lanjuti analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal dengan melakukan analisis pilihan strategi dan kunci keberhasilan, sehingga tujuan, sasaran dan strategi koperasi dapat ditetapkan dengan maksimal. Dan juga income koperasi di MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung mengalami peningkatan dengan cukup baik dalam meningkatkan income. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Koperasi Sekolah, Income iv ABSTRACT Strategic management in cooperative management is a systematic approach in organizing its programs to achieve cooperative goals through strategy management, it is hoped that the chairman of the cooperative will be able to formulate and determine the cooperative strategy appropriately so that the cooperative is able to maintain its existence in adjusting and making changes needed to achieve the effectiveness and productivity of the cooperative. A cooperative is an association of people who join and do joint business based on the principles of a cooperative, thus benefiting more at a low cost through a company that is democratically owned and supervised by its members. Income is the result of production factors owned by the production sector that are sold at prevailing prices in the production factor market, and these factors are used as inputs in the production process. Strategy formulation includes: 1) Formulation of vision and mission, 2) analysis of the internal environment and external environment, 3) analysis of strategy choices and keys to success, 4) setting goals, objectives and strategies. The implementation of the strategy includes: 1) Plans for programs and activities, and 2) Budgeting (Allocation of Funds). and Strategy evaluation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research (field research). The data sources in this study used primary data, namely data sources collected directly from resource persons, namely cooperative supervisors, cooperative chairmen, and cooperative members who were the object of research. Secondary data sources are indirectly obtained data sources such as notes, reports and archives. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The results of research conducted by the author on the management of school cooperative strategies in increasing income in MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung, namely the MTs Negeri 1 Bandar v Lampung cooperative have formulated a vision and mission, internal and external environmental analysis has been carried out in the form of a SWOT analysis that produces information on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cooperatives. It's just that madrasah cooperatives set the goals and objectives of madrasah cooperatives without analyzing the choice of strategies, so there are no established strategies yet. The chairman of the cooperative should follow up the analysis of the internal and external environment by analyzing the choice of strategies and keys to success, so that the goals, objectives and strategies of the cooperative can be set optimally. And also the income of cooperatives in MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung is quite well implemented in increasing income. Key Word: Strategic Management, School Cooperatives, Income
