Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keaktifan belajar peserta didik kelas V SDN 2 Nibung Lampung Timur. Rendahnya keaktifan belajar disebabkan mendominasinya strategi ekspositori/ceramah, dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan peserta didik kurang semangat atau antusias terhadap proses pembelajaran tematik. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk menerapkan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran tematik yaitu dengan menggunakan strategi giving question and getting answer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran giving question and getting answer terhadap keaktifan belajar pada mata pelajaran tematik kelas V SDN 2 Nibung Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah True Eksperimental Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan strategi pembelajaran giving question and getting answer dan kelas kontrol menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data hasil penelitian adalah uji-t. Hasil uji-t diperoleh = 2.728 dan = 2.002. sehingga diterima. Hal ini berarti ada pengaruh strategi pembelajaran giving question and getting answer terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik kelas V di SDN 2 Nibung Lampung Timur. Kata Kunci: giving question and getting answer, Keaktifan Belajar. iii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low learning activity of students in class V SDN 2 Nbung East Lampung. The low learning activity is due to the dominance of the lecture methode in the learning process which causes students to be less enthuasiastic or enthusiastic about the thematic learning process. So that the autor are interested in implementing an alternative thematic learning by using the strategy of giving question and getting answer. This study aims to determine the effect of giving question and getting answer on learning activities in the thematic subjects of class V SDN 2 Nibung East Lampung. This research is a quantitative research, the method used is Quasi Experiment. The sample in this study used two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class uses the giving question and getting answer and the control class uses the expository learning strategy. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Analysis of the data used to analyze the research data is the t-test. The results of the t-test obtained = 2.728 and = 2.002. so accepted. This means that there is an effect of giving question and getting answer on the learning activities of fifth grade students at SDN 2 Nibung, East Lampung.
