Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia adalah salah satu negara terbesar dengan kepulauannya yang memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam yang melimpah, kekayaan tersebut menjadi potensi penting dalam pembangunan bangsa Indonesia dengan memanfaatkan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) yang ada di masing-masing daerah. Pariwisata merupakan kegiatan ekonomi yang sangat menjanjikan, bagi pemilik dan juga mempunyai peranan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitarnya. Dengan adanya objek taman wisata di suatu daerah maka, secara langsung akan terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat lokal dan pastinya akan membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat untuk membuka berbagai macam jenis usaha kecil yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Sehingga permasalahan yang diangkat penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu objek taman wisata fosil. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yang ditentukan penulis ini adalah bagaimana pengembangan destinasi pariwisata terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat lokal di era pandemi covid-19 dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui bagaimana pengembangan destinasi pariwisata terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat lokal di era pandemi covid-19 dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Jenis penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik serta pengelola, masyarakat, dan pengunjung semua sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Pegambilan sampel penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dengan mengambil orang-orang yang benar-benar terpilih oleh peneliti menurut ciri-ciri spesifik yang dimiliki oleh sampel itu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata objek taman wisata fosil dimasa pendemi covid-19 sudah dikembangkan dan dikelola secara baik sehingga dapat membuka peluang usaha dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar dapat terwujud. Hal ini karena objek taman wisata fosil diresmikan saat pandemi covid-19. Proses yang terjadi pada pengembangan destinasi pariwisata, mempunyai dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada semua masyarakat yang ingin menciptakan kemandirian perekonomian dan menjadi masyarakat yang sejahtera dengan peningkatan pendapatan, konsumsi, pendidikan dan sarana kesehatan yang ada. Selain itu peranan pengembangan taman wisata fosil dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar di lihat dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Pengembangan destinasi pariwisata terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam (SDA) yang dilakukan oleh pengelola taman wisata wisata fosil sangat di anjurkan karena sesungguhnya Allah SWT menciptakan bumi beserta isinya untuk dimanfaatkan oleh manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Salah satunya yaitu dengan cara melakukan menjaga lingkungan alam yang di kelola menjadi tempat pawriwisata dengan cara memanfaatkan potensi Sumber Daya Alam lokal yang ada di masyararakat lokal. Tourism is a very promising economic activity, for owners and also has a role in the economy of the surrounding community. With the existence of tourist attractions in an area, it will directly create jobs for local communities and will certainly open business opportunities for the community to open various types of small businesses that can improve their welfare. So that the problem raised by the author in this study is the object of fossil tourism parks. The problem studied in this study determined by this author is how the development of tourism destinations to the socioeconomics of local communities in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in an Islamic economic perspective. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of tourism destinations for the socioeconomics of local communities in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in the perspective of the Islamic economy. This type of research the author uses field research methods (field research) with qualitative methods. The population in this study, namely owners and managers, the community, and visitors to all samples, amounted to 30 people. The author's sampling uses a purposive sampling technique, which is to take people who are actually selected by the researcher according to the specific characteristics possessed by the sample. Data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the development of fossil tourism objects during the Covid-19 pandemic has been developed and managed properly so that it can open up business opportunities and improve the welfare of the surrounding community can be realized. This is because the fossil attraction was inaugurated during the COVID-19 pandemic. The process that occurs in the development of tourism destinations, has a positive impact on improving the welfare of the community, providing opportunities for all people who want to create economic independence and become a prosperous society with an increase in income, consumption, education and existing health facilities. In addition, the role of fossil tourism park development in improving the economy and welfare of the surrounding community is seen from an Islamic economic perspective. The development of tourism destinations to the socio�economic of local communities in the management of natural resources (SDA) carried out by fossil tourism park managers is highly recommended because in fact Allah SWT created the earth and its contents to be used by humans in meeting the needs of life. One of them is by protecting the natural environment that is managed into a tourist attraction by utilizing the potential of local natural resources in the local community.
