Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh beberapa masalah peserta didik yang kurang disiplin belajar yang memiliki masalah dalam indikator disiplin waktu dan disiplin perbuatan. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka penulis melakukan penelitian dengan judul penelitian pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self�management terhadap disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Kabupaten Way kanan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self-management untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Kabupaten Way Kanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang berlandasan pada filsafat positivisme. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pre-ekxperimental design dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test-post test design yaitu metode pemberian test awal (pre test) sebelum diberikan perlakuan (treatment) yang kemudian diberikan test akir (post test) setelah diberikan perlakuan (treatment). Pemberian treatment yang dilakukan peneliti yang diberikan terhadap 11 peserta didik yang telah diketahui memiliki disiplin belajar rendah. Hasil Uji Wilcoxon dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 dengan perolehan Z hitung pada subjek penelitian kelas XI yaitu -2,934 (tanda – hanya menunjukkan arah atau disebut nisbi) dengan Z tabel 1,96 yang mana Z hitung lebih besar dari Z tabel (2,934>1,96), serta Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0,003 yang lebih kecil dari Asymp. Sig 0,05 (0,003<0,05). Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan dari kedua perbandingan tersebut menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan skor setelah diberikan treatment berupa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self-management berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Kabupaten Way Kanan dengan sebelum diberikan treatment kepada peserta didik. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis Ha diterima: adanya pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self-management berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Kabupaten Way Kanan dan sebaliknya Ho diitolak. Kata kunci : Layanan bimbingan kelompok, teknik Self-Management, disiplin belajar. iv ABSTRAC This research is motivated by several problems of students who lack learning discipline and have problems with indicators of time discipline and action discipline. Based on these problems, the authors conducted research with the title research on the effect of group guidance services with self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Way Kanan Regency. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of group guidance services using self-management techniques to improve the learning discipline of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Way Kanan Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The approach used is a pre-experimental design with a one-group research design pre-test-post test design, namely the method of giving an initial test (pre-test) before being given treatment (treatment) which is then given a final test (post-test) after being given treatment (treatment). The treatment given by the researcher was given to 11 students who were known to have low learning discipline. The results of the Wilcoxon test using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program with the acquisition of Z count in class XI research subjects, namely -2.934 (the – sign only indicates direction or is called relative) with Z table 1.96 where Z count is greater than Z table (2.934> 1.96), as well as Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0.003 which is less than Asymp. Sig 0.05 (0.003<0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the two comparisons show that there is a difference in scores after being given treatment in the form of group guidance services with self�management techniques that affect the learning discipline of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Way Kanan Regency before being given treatment to students. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha is accepted: the influence of group guidance services with self-management techniques affects the learning discipline of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Negeri Agung Way Kanan Regency and conversely, Ho is rejected.
