Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen peserta didik di MA Masyariqul Anwar Bandar Lampung memiliki beberapa indikator yang masih kurang tercapai yaitu Analisis Kebutuhan Peserta Didik, Rekrutmen Peserta Didik, Pencatatan dan Pelaporan, serta Kelulusan dan Alumni. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi Manajemen Peserta Didik di MA Masyariqul Anwar Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian secara spesifik pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan, dan tenaga pendidik. Sedangkan objek penelitian yakni manajemen peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. . Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis kebutuhan peserta didik diawali rapat oleh kepala madrasah, waka kesiswaan, dan tenaga pendidik terlebih dahulu untuk merencanakan jumlah kuota pendaftar calon peserta didik, kemudian ditetapkan jumlah calon peserta didik yang diterima atau tidaknya. Rekrutmen peserta didik sesuai prosedur dan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Pencatatan dan pelaporan peserta didik dilakukan sejak peserta didik baru dinyatakan diterima di Madrasah hingga peserta didik telah dinyatakan lulus, jika peserta didik akan pindah sekolah maka terlebih dahulu diselesaikan seluruh syarat administrasi. Kelulusan dan alumni; bagi peserta didik yang telah menyelesaikan program pendidikan di Madrasah ketika telah dinyatakan lulus maka secara keterkaitan antara peserta didik dan lembaga pendidikan telah selesai, sehingga peserta didik terdata sebagai alumni. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Peserta Didik ABSTRACT The existence of student management indicators including Student Needs Analysis, Student Recruitment, Recording and Reporting, as well as Graduation and Alumni who were not achieved was the main reason for researchers to conduct this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of student management at MA Masyariqul Anwar Bandar Lampung. The research method specifically in this study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources are primary data sources, namely the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa for student affairs, and teaching staff. While secondary data is in the form of theoretical data, documentation, and other supporting data obtained from madrasah documents. Data validity test was carried out by source triangulation. Data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the needs of students begins with a meeting by the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of student affairs, and the teaching staff first to plan the number of quotas for prospective student applicants, then determine the number of prospective students who will be accepted or not. Recruitment of students according to predetermined procedures and schedules. Recording and reporting of students is carried out from the time new students are declared accepted at the Madrasah until students have been declared graduated, if students are going to move schools, all administrative requirements must be completed first. Graduation and alumni; for students who have completed the education program at the Madrasah when they have passed, the connection between students and educational institutions has been completed, so that students are registered as alumni.
