Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi dalam organisasi akan mempermudah dan mempercepat penyelesaian tugas oleh setiap karyawan. Kondisi ini tentunya diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam perusahaan/lembaga. Bagaimana pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan? Bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Assyafi’iyah dalam perspektif ekonomi islam? Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan? Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Assyafi’iyah dalam perspektif ekonomi islam? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 32 karyawan. Berdasar hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada baitul maal wa tamwil assyafi’iyah (BMT) Berkah Nasional Cabang Pekalongan Lampung Timur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik sistem informasi akuntansi diterapkan dalam suatu perusahaan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan dalam perusahaan tersebut. Kinerja karyawan dalam perspektif ekonomi islam yang semakain memadai dan baik. Semakin tinggi kinerja karyawaan yang di hasilakan, maka mempengaruhi secara kuat terhadapa kualitas kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan pada BMT. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa kinerja karyawaan dalam perspektif ekonomi islam berpengaruh positif pada pada Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional Cabang Pekalongan Lampung Timur. This condition is certainly expected to improve the performance of employees in companies/institutions. How does the accounting information system on Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Assyafi’iyah employee performance? How does the influence of employee performance in the perspective of Islamic economics? To find out how the influence of accounting information systems on Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Assyafi’iyah employee performance? To find out how the of employee performance in the perspective of Islamic economics? This type of research used in research is quantitative. Data were collected from questionnaires given to 32 employees. Based on the results of the study, it can be interpreted that the application of accounting information systems has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the baitul maal wa tamwil assyafi'iyah (BMT) Berkah Nasional Pekalongan Branch, East Lampung. This shows that the better the accounting information system is implemented in a company, the better the performance of employees in that company. Employee performance in the perspective of Islamic economics is quite adequate and good. The higher the performance produced, the stronger the influence on the quality of employee performance produced by BMT. Based on this research, it shows that employee performance in the perspective of sharia economics has a positive effect on Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Assyafi'iyah Berkah National Branch of Pekalongan, East Lampung.
