Abstract

ABSTRAK Masih adanya kasus internal fraud pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia, seperti kasus yang terjadi pada Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) Syariah tahun 2018 atas kasus dugaan kredit fiktif yang merugikan hingga mencapai 548 Miliyar dan kasus Bank Syariah Bukopoin tahun 2018 atas kasus modifikasi data kartu kredit yang telah dilakukan lebih dari 5 tahun yang lalu. Jumlah kartu kredit yang dimodifikasi juga cukup besar, lebih dari 100.000 kartu. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ICG, PSR, ZPR, IsIR dan EDR berpengaruh terhadap Internal fraud pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ICG, PSR, ZPR, IsIR dan EDR terhadap Internal fraud pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016- 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan sharia enterprise theory dan teori agensi (agency theory). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 dari 6 Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2020. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial hanya ZPR dan IsIR yang berpengaruh terhadap internal fraud pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Sedangkan ICG, PSR, dan EDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap internal fraud pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Secara simultan ICG, PSR, ZPR, IsIR dan EDR berpengaruh terhadap internal fraud pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2020. This study uses sharia enterprise theory and agency theory. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample selection method in this study was purposive sampling. The sample used was 30 of 6 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 periods. The data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted in this study, it can be concluded that partially only ZPR and IsIR have an effect on internal fraud in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. Meanwhile, ICG, PSR, and EDR have no effect on internal fraud at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 periods. Simultaneously ICG, PSR, ZPR, IsIR and EDR have an effect on internal fraud in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 periods.
