Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengoptimalan keuntungan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk kemajuan perusahaan. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini ialah perencanaan ketersedian bahan baku masih menggunakan metode perkiraan dan waktu produksi yang lama mengakibatkan pembeli mencari tempat digital printing yang lebih cepat, hal ini mengakibatkan keuntungan yang diperoleh kurang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode branch and bound dan metode cutting plane terhadap keuntungan di CV. Demangan Digital Printing. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data diperoleh dari instrumen wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Lampung. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode branch and bound dan metode cutting plane dibantu oleh software QM for Windows dan aplikasi R. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh metode branch and bound terhadap keuntungan di CV. Demangan Digital Printing, (2) Terdapat pengaruh metode cutting plane terhadap keuntungan di CV. Demangan Digital Printing, dan (3) Tidak terdapat metode yang lebih memaksimalkan keuntungan di CV. Demangan Digital Printing antara metode branch and bound dengan metode cutting plane. Kata Kunci: Branch and bound, Cutting plane, Optimalisasi, R iii ABSTRACT Profit optimization is very important for the company for the progress of the company. The problem is this study is that planning for the availability of raw materials still uses the estimation method and the long production time causes buyers to look for faster digital printing places, this results in less optimal profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the branch and bound method and the cutting plane method on profits in CV. Demangan Digital Printing. In this study, data collection was obtained from interviews, observation, documentation, and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Lampung Province. Data analysis in this study used the branch and bound method dan the cutting plane method assisted by the QM for Windows and the R application. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it is found that: (1) There is an influence of the branch and bound method on profits in CV. Demangan Digital Printing, (2) There is an effect of the cutting plane method on profits in CV. Demangan Digital Printing, and (3) There is no method that maximizes profits in CV.
