Abstract

ABSTRAK Hasil pra survey yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa karyawan Alfamart di Kelurahan Kalianda melakukan pekerjaan yang banyak dan sulit dikerjakan, serta karyawan pernah berselisih dengan rekan kerjanya. Sehingga hal tersebut membuat kinerja karyawan kurang maksimal. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah role overload, human relations dan conflict berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh role overload, human relations dan conflict terhadap employee performance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan Alfamart yang bekerja pada wilayah kerja Kelurahan Kalianda dengan jumlah karyawan adalah 37 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang, metode dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Last Square Structural Equating Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan Software SmartPLS 3.3 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa role overload berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance pada karyawan Alfamart di Kelurahan Kalianda. Human relations memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance pada karyawan Alfamart di Kelurahan Kalianda. Conflict memiliki pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap employee performance pada karyawan Alfamart di Kelurahan Kalianda. Kata Kunci: Role Overload, Human Relations, Conflict, Employee Performance. ABSTRACT The results of the pre-survey conducted by the researchers showed that alfamart employees in Kalianda village did a lot of work and were difficult to do, and employees had disputes with co-workers. So that it makes employee performance less than optimal. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether role overload, human relations and conflict affect employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of role overload, human relations and conflict on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Alfamart employees who worked in the Kalianda Village work area with a total of 37 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 37 people, the method of sampling using Nonprobability Sampling with sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses Partial Last Square Structural Equating Modeling (PLS-SEM) and data processing uses SmartPLS Software 3.3. The results of this study indicate that role overload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance of Alfamart employees in Kalianda Village. Human relations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance for Alfamart employees in Kalianda Village. Conflict has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance for Alfamart employees in Kalianda Village. Keywords: Role Overload, Human Relations, Conflict, Employee Performance.
