Abstract

ABSTRAK Munculnya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan salah satu yang terdampak adalah sektor ekonomi, UMKM menjadi salah satu yang terdampak musibah tesebut, pemerintah dalam menanggulangi masalah tersebut memberikan stimulus dana sosial dalam hal ini BPUM, dengan adanya BPUM diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu Efisiensi Bantuan dana BPUM terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kecamatan Ambarawa dimasa pandemi Covid- 19 dan strategi pemanfaatan bantuan BPUM terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kecamatan Ambarawa dimasa pandemi Covid�19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Efisiensi Bantuan Dana UMKM Dalam Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di BMT Asyafi’iyah Kecamatan Ambarawa Kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tehnik analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 21 orang dari jumlah populasi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bantuan BPUM dalam meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM dimasa pandemi covid-19 di BMT Asyafi’iyah Kecamatan Ambarawa Kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung sudah terlaksana secara efisien pada indikator tepat, cepat dan selamat. Sedangkan untuk indikator hemat belum terlaksana efisien karena terdapat penerima bantuan justru digunakan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari, pendidikan dll padahal dana tersebut seharusnya digunakan untuk menambah modal usaha ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Strategi UMKM dalam upaya pemanfaatan Bantuan dana BPUM terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM di Kecamatan Ambarawa dimasa pandemi Covid- 19 yaitu : menurunkan harga, memanfaatkan media social, dan menerapkan protocol kesehatan. The formulation of the problem in this study is the Efficiency of BPUM Fund Assistance on UMKM income in Ambarawa District during the Covid-19 pandemic and the strategy for utilizing BPUM assistance on UMKM income in Ambarawa District during the Covid�19 pandemic. This study aims to look at the Efficiency of UMKM Funding Assistance in Increasing Income Community During the Covid-19 Pandemic at BMT Asyafi'iyah, Ambarawa District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis techniques. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 21 people from a predetermined population. The results showed that the implementation of BPUM assistance in increasing UMKM income during the Covid-19 pandemic at BMT Asyafi'iyah, Ambarawa District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung had been carried out efficiently on the right, fast and safe indicators. Meanwhile, the savings indicator has not been implemented efficiently because there are beneficiaries who are actually using it for daily needs, education, etc., even though these funds should have been used to increase business capital amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The UMKM strategy in an effort to utilize BPUM funding assistance to increase UMKM income in Ambarawa District during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely: lowering prices, utilizing social media, and implementing health protocols.
