Abstract

ABSTRAK Kain Tapis Lampung adalah bentuk hasil karya yang menunjukkan budaya masyarakat Lampung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran ekonomi kreatif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin di pekon Bumi Jaya kecamatan Sukau kabupaten Lampung Barat dan bagaimana peran ekonomi kreatif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin di pekon Bumi Jaya kecamatan Sukau kabupaten Lampung Barat ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam kajian ini adalah penelitian secara langsung atau disebut dengan penelitian lapangan (field research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada masyarakat yang sebenarnya demi menemukan fakta-fakta yang ada pada masyarakat mengenai masalah-masalah yang terjadi. Dalam hal ini peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data yang valid, peneliti meneliti langsung dari lokasi penelitian yang berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut yaitu di Pekon Bumi Jaya. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa ekonomi kreatif industri pengrajin kain tapis di Pekon Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Sukau sudah baik dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin terbukti dari beberapa sampel yang mengalami kenaikan pendapatan. Pada tahun 2022 dari 6 orang pengrajin sebagai informan didapati 4 pengrajin dengan penghasilan naik dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, dan 2 pengrajin kain tapis dengan penghasilan tetap seperti tahun sebelumnya, hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya faktor lain dan peran ganda. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa dengan adanya industri kain tapis sebagai salah satu ekonomi kreatif dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin yang ada di Pekon Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Sedangkan dalam perspektif ekonomi islam, para pengrajin telah memenuhi proses produksi, pasar pemasaran, kebijakan pemerintah, kondisi ekonomi dan kemitraan, namun belum memenuhi pada indikator manajemen dan keuangan. Kata Kunci: Ekonomi kreatif, Pendapatan, Persepktif islam ABSTRACT Lampung Tapis cloth is a form of work that shows the culture of the people of Lampung. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the role of the creative economy in increasing the income of craftsmen in the Bumi Jaya village, Sukau sub-district, West Lampung district and how is the role of the creative economy in increasing the income of craftsmen in the Bumi Jaya village, Sukau sub-district, West Lampung district in terms of an Islamic economic perspective. The research method of this thesis uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The research used by the authors in this study is direct research or referred to as field research, namely research conducted in actual communities to find facts that exist in the community regarding the problems that occur. In this case researchers in collecting valid data, researchers research directly from research locations related to this problem, namely in Pekon Bumi Jaya. The results of the study illustrate that the creative economy of the tapis cloth craftsman industry in Pekon Bumi Jaya, Sukau District, is already good and can increase the income of craftsmen as evidenced by several samples that experienced an increase in income. In 2022, out of 6 craftsmen as informants, there were 4 craftsmen with increased income compared to the previous year, and 2 tapis cloth craftsmen with a fixed income as in the previous year, this was due to other factors and multiple roles. So it can be said that the existence of the tapis cloth industry as one of the creative economies can increase the income of craftsmen in Pekon Bumi Jaya, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency. Whereas in an Islamic economic perspective, the craftsmen have fulfilled the production process, marketing market, government policies, economic conditions and partnerships, but have not fulfilled the management and financial indicators.
