Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia, telah mengubah tuntutan akan eksistensi manusia, baik di bidang pemerintah, ekonomi, dan dalam bidang pendidikan. Namun seiring berjalan nya waktu pandemic covid-19 semakin membaik sehingga membuat metode pembelajaran selalu berubah yang mula nya e-learning dan sekarang menjadi blended learning. MTs N 1 Lampung Barat terkena dampak dalam merasakan ketidakoptimalan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penerapan pembelajaran blended learning dalam kondisi saat ini sangat menunjang dan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Namun untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan perlu untuk melakukan perbaikan system pembelajaran dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang sangat pesat ini, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana evaluasi penerapan Blended Learning Dalam Pembelajaran Era New Normal Di MTs N 1 Lampung Barat. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Adapun sumber data primer yaitu kepala madrasah, waka kurikulum, waka sarana dan prasarana, guru, wali kelas, dan siswa. Sumber data sekunder yaitu berupa data teoritis dan dokumentasi serta data pendukung lainnya yang diperoleh dari dokumen madrasah. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunkan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi penerapan Blended Learning Dalam Pembelajaran Era New Normal Di MTs N 1 Lampung Barat dengan menggunkan metode CIPP yaitu: 1) blended learning diterapkan karena adanya pandemic covid-19 sehingga sekolah di tuntut untuk mengurangi aktifitas yang menyebabkan kerumuman di madrasah, sehingga blended learning iii adalah salah satu metode yang efektif dan efesien dalam keadaan saat ini. 2) karakteristik guru dan siswa terbilang baik sehingga dapat mendukung adanya metode blended learning. 3) Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana cukup memadai meskipun ada sedikit kendala, proses belajar mengajar blended learning sangat memudahkan bagi guru dan siswa, baik dari segi pemahaman atau penggunaan. 4) Hasil akhir dari pembelajaran blended learning meningkat dibandingkan dengan hanya menggunakan metode e-learning saja. Dan interaksi yang baik terjadi pada saat pembelajaran blended learning berlangsung sehingga keefektifan pada pembelajaran blended learning itu dapat terlaksana. Kata kunci : Evaluasi Dan Penerapan Blended Learning Dalam Pembelajaran Era New Normal iv ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the entire world, including Indonesia, has changed the demands for human existence, both in the fields of government, economy, and in the field of education. However, as time goes by, the COVID-19 pandemic is getting better, so that learning methods are always changing, from e-learning to blended learning. MTs N 1 West Lampung is affected by the feeling of not being optimal in the teaching and learning process. The application of blended learning in current conditions is very supportive and can provide convenience for students in the process of teaching and learning activities. However, to achieve the desired educational goals, it is necessary to improve the learning system by following the development of this very rapid era, so the purpose of this study is to describe how to evaluate the application of Blended Learning in the New Normal Era of Learning at MTs N 1 West Lampung. The type of research that researchers use is qualitative research. Data collection methods that researchers use are interviews, observation, documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data sources are the head of the madrasa, the waka of the curriculum, the waka of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Secondary data sources are in the form of theoretical data and documentation as well as other supporting data obtained from madrasa documents. The data analysis of this research used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, the data validity test uses source triangulation. The results obtained indicate that the evaluation of the application of Blended Learning in the New Normal Era at MTs N 1 West Lampung by using the CIPP method, namely: 1) Blended learning is implemented because of the COVID-19 pandemic, so schools are required to reduce activities that cause crowds in madrasas, so blended learning is one of the most effective and efficient methods in the current situation. 2) the characteristics of v teachers and students are fairly good so that they can support the blended learning method. 3) The availability of facilities and infrastructure is quite adequate, although there are few obstacles, the teaching and learning process of blended learning is very easy for teachers and students, both in terms of understanding or use. 4) The final result of blended learning is increased compared to using only the e-learning method. And good interaction occurs when blended learning takes place so that the effectiveness of blended learning can be implemented.
