Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang ditemukan di sekolah SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung dimana kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik masih tergolong rendah dan bahan ajar yang digunakan masih terbatas, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang dikembangakan yaitu E-modul berbasis learning cycle 7e untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara pengembangannya, bagaimana kelayakan produk tersebut, dan bagaimana keefektivitasan dari produk untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D ( Research And Development) dengan model Pengembangan Borg And Gall dengan sepuluh tahap pengembangan meliputi : 1) pengumpulan informasi, 2) melakukan perencanaan, 3) desain produk awal, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi desain, 6) uji coba produk, 7) revisi uji coba produk, 8) uji coba lapangan, 9) revisi produk akhir, dan 10) implementasi produk akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengembangan E-modul berbasis learning cycle 7e terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” dilihat dari presentase ahli media 91% dengan kriteria sangat layak, presentase ahli materi 90% dengan kriteria sangat layak, presentase ahli bahasa 90% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Serta penilaian dari peserta didik dengan skala kecil dan skala besar, Berdasarkan hasil dari uji coba skala kecil dilihat dari respon pesrta didik dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan aspek diperoleh 89% dengan kriteria layak. Sedangkan hasil dari uji coba skala luas respon pesrta didik mendapatkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan aspek diperoleh 90% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan juga hasil uji efektifitas dilihat dari uji N-Gain yang di normalisasi pada uji kelas control diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,36 dengan kategori rendah, sedangkan hasil dari kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,70 dengan kategori tinggi. The research method used in this study is R&D (Research And Development) with the Borg And Gall Development model with ten stages of development including: 1) information gathering, 2) planning, 3) initial product design, 4) design validation, 5) revision design, 6) product trial, 7) product trial revision, 8) field trial, 9) final product revision, and 10) final product implementation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the development of E-module based on learning cycle 7e for problem solving abilities was declared "Very Eligible" in terms of the percentage of media experts 91% with very feasible criteria, the percentage of material experts 90% with very feasible criteria, the percentage of linguists 90% with very good criteria. As well as the assessment of students with small and large scales. Based on the results of small-scale trials seen from the responses of students with an average value of all aspects obtained 89% with feasible criteria. While the results of the large-scale trial of student responses obtained an average value of all aspects obtained 90% with very feasible criteria, and also the results of the effectiveness test seen from the N�Gain test which was normalized in the control class test obtained an average value of 0 .36 in the low category, while the results of the experimental class obtained an average value of 0.70 in the high category.
